“Lovely property, it was very cold when we arrived and even once we got the log burner going it took a few hours to get the house warm.”

We had my 90 year old mother in law with us so she sat in her coat wrapped up for a few hours, the downstairs bathroom was very cold as it the only heating was the towel rail which wasn’t really enough for such a big room. Saying all this we loved the upstairs and once we’d got the heating sorted we were comfortable.

Sorry to hear that you had a, few hours of cold during the recent arctic spell but happy that you soon got the place warm again. I would like to point out that both downstairs bathrooms have underfloor heating as well as heated towel rails so to get comfort they need to be switched on! also happy that you loved the property and we would welcome you back again.
