    “A lovely lodge that has everything you could wish for.”

    Peaceful, cozy warm and quiet, more more could you ask for, including an umbrella; we were unlucky with the storm Amy but the lodge kept us warm and cozy and we did have the advantage was watching the ducks, geese and the para-sailing carts.

Oak Tree Holiday Lodge is a delightful escape set in the heart of Stonham Aspal, Suffolk. With off-road parking for two cars and a generous welcome for up to ten well-behaved pets, this family-friendly lodge is ideal for get-togethers with loved ones in search of a peaceful countryside break. Step inside this single-storey lodge to find a bright and spacious open-plan area that combines the kitchen, dining, and sitting room in one sociable setting. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing home-cooked favourites, which can be enjoyed around the dining table with space for all. After meals, put your feet up in the sitting area and enjoy a film on the Smart TV, with the electric fire providing a bit of warmth on cooler days. Patio doors lead out to the enclosed decking, where outdoor seating invites you to savour a morning coffee or wind down with a drink as you take in the surrounding calm. When it’s time to turn in, the lodge offers two inviting bedrooms, a king-size with an en-suite for added convenience, and a twin room that's ideal for children or friends. The main bathroom features a bath with shower over, basin, and WC, just the thing for a relaxing soak after a day out and about. Venture beyond the lodge and you’ll find plenty to explore nearby. A short drive takes you to Framlingham, where the striking 12th-century castle is packed with stories of the past.
