Being on the ground floor in a built up area, it doesn't have views from any of the rooms. The beds were comfortable and the living/dining room was good. The bathrooms were great and there was plenty of hot water.
The underfloor heating (in December/January) was hopeless, so we had to use the fan heater if we wanted to warm a room. The lighting was strange in that there are plenty of lights in the lounge/dining/kitchen but many of them barely give off a glow. I think they must be old low energy ...

It is a reasonable property, but there are much better places in Aldeburgh if you book well in advance.
