Regatta Lookout is a newly refurbished, luxury holiday let apartment with sea views, positioned in the heart of Aldeburgh, above the wonderful Regatta restaurant. The apartment boast spacious rooms with beautiful high ceilings, two living rooms, four bedrooms - all with en-suites. The apartment is perfect for extended families, or groups of friends looking for high-end opulent accommodation.
First Floor
Guests can access Regatta Lookout from both the High Street, and also from The Terrace.
From the High Street stairs lead up to a hallway with the kitchen to your right, and living room to your left. From The Terrace steps lead down to the private decked garden, and enter into the beautiful kitchen space.
Kitchen/Dining Room
A cooks paradise, the kitchen/dining room is an expansive space, with large kitchen fully equipped with all you could ever need to cook up some culinary delights. Light floods through the bi-fold doors and skylights, you can open up the bi-fold doors in the summer to extend the space onto the beautiful decked area. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need including a Smeg electric oven with 5 ring induction hob and extractor above, separate built in electric oven, microwave, Bosch dishwasher, Maytag American-style fridge with freezer drawer below, Dualit Toaster and Kettle, and a Nespresso machine for the coffee lovers.
The dining area is located to the rear of the kitchen by the bifold doors, making it the perfect space to enjoy both in the winter, and in the summer with the doors flung open. There is a large wooden dining table with 8 beautiful chairs, the perfect space to enjoy quality meal times at a leisurely pace. For those more relaxing meals there is a 45'' TV that can be enjoyed.
Green Living Room
This absolutely stunning and stylish living room is the ideal space to enjoy quality time together. The room features gorgeous decorative coving, and ceiling rose with chandelier. There is a bespoke centre unit with electric fire for those cosy evenings, and a 50'' SmartTV for your entertainment. In the heart of the room is a sleek U shaped sofa, and you can set the mood of the room using the dimmer lights, and decorative lamps and sit back and relax. In the feature full height window is a swivel chair, perfect for lazing whilst watching the world go by (or people watching along Aldeburgh High Street!).
Blue Living Room
Another magnificent room, with stairs leading up to the second floor. The high ceilings and full height windows create a bright and comfortable space, with a charming gas fire to be enjoyed, especially on those colder winter evenings. There is a upscale L-shaped sofa, with separate swivel chair, with an antique wooden coffee table and side unit. In this room is a 42'' TV for your enjoyment.
Laundry Room
A terrific addition to Regatta Lookout is the laundry room, featuring two washing machines, tumble dryer, Victorian-style pulley kitchen maid and additional worktop space.

First Floor
There are two sets of carpeted stairs leading up to the second floor, one set from the kitchen and the second from the blue living room. On the second floor are four exquisitely decorated rooms, all with en-suites, two of the rooms also boasts sea views. All bedrooms are their own little tranquil sleeping havens, being on the second floor, and all having double glazing and bespoke interlined designer curtains and blinds - perfect for that well deserved nights sleep!
Coral Bedroom
Located at the front of the property with sea views over the rooftops, this room includes a luxurious Super-king zip/link which can be set up as a twin on request., with bedside tables and gorgeous decorative lamps. There is ample storage with triple wardrobe with drawers beneath and a chest of drawers. There are two blinds, one for privacy and a blackout.
Dressing Room
Between the Coral bedroom and the en-suite bathroom is the perfect space for everyone to enjoy, with a little beauty area featuring a LED mirror, large shelving and of course the one and only Audrey Hepburn on the wall.

This expansive bathroom is the ideal space to take time out with a bubble bath and glass of wine. There is a 1.8m extra long bath with handheld shower attachment, double rainfall shower cubical with handheld shower attachment, wash basin with LED vanity mirror, heated towel rail and WC. Through the property there is bespoke made curtains and blinds.
Lobster Bedroom
This calm and cosy bedroom features a wooden king size bed with wooden bedside tables with three drawers and tall decorative lamps. There is a large wardrobe with both hanging and drawer space for your belongings. a door leads onto the en-suite bathroom. There are two blinds, one for privacy and a blackout.

Turquoise Sea Room
With sea views across the rooftops, this room with the high ceilings and tranquil colour scheme creates a luxurious retreat. There is ample storage provided for guests belongings with two built in cupboards with hanging space and two drawer units. There is also a dressing table with vanity mirror above and stool. Sit back and bed with a good book and make use of the two bedside reading lights provided, or relax on one of the gorgeous velvet chairs with side lamp.

Outside
To the rear of the garden is a beautiful decked garden space, which gets the sun in the afternoon and evenings. There is a large wooden table seating 8, perfect for dining alfresco. If you are looking to sit back in the sunshine why not enjoy the gorgeous rattan sofa with cushion and glass table. There are flower beds with gorgeous flowers and lavenders and decorative mirrors - an ideal space to listen to the sea and relax.
There is no allocated parking for Regatta Lookout however The Terrace and adjoining roads offer unrestricted parking on a first come basis.
Regatta Restaurant
In addition to the fabulous property, why not take advantage of having the wonderful Regatta Restaurant on the ground floor. Regatta Lookout guests can enjoy a 10% discount when they eat at Regatta Restaurant, who also can provide delicious take-away meals and even whole dinner parties service right to the table in your own private holiday home indoors or outdoors. In addition, with some prior notice, the head chef of Regatta Restaurant will happily order and deliver the freshest seasonal fish and shellfish to Regatta Lookout guests... just imagine those fresh lobster meals!

The popular, vibrant seaside town of Aldeburgh is famous for its culture, traditional feel and one of the best fish and chip shops in the country! Aldeburgh and Snape Maltings are home to one of the world’s greatest music festivals and has been named as one of the top 50 places to live in Britain. Crag Path runs along the seafront dividing the beautiful pebbly beach from the unspoilt pastel-coloured seafront properties and the town. The beach is a popular place for groups and couples to enjoy the wonderful fish and chips throughout the summer months. The town is steeped in history and has become a wonderful town for shopping with a good mixture of independent and chain stores to enjoy. The town also offers a good selection of pubs and restaurants or why not buy some freshly caught fish from the huts on the seafront and cook up your own feast at home. For those wishing for a more action-packed holiday there is excellent walking, cycling, sailing and golf at Aldeburgh. Growing in popularity you will want to return to Aldeburgh again and again!
