“My complaint is with Sykes customer service.”
I did not receive confirmation of my request to provide single beds on the 1st floor by email. I called 3 times each time being put on hold for over 30 minutes. The only response I received was a day after I sent a message on WhatsApp.

My experience with Sykes was so awful that I am unlikely to book again without first checking out other providers.
