Fawcett Cottage is located in a prime position in Aldeburgh, located above the High Street, within walking distance to the local amenities and pebbled beach. Refurbished to a high standard, you are welcomed into beautiful sitting room with bay window and wood-burning stove, leading onto the spacious kitchen/dining room with bifold doors opening out onto the garden. On the first floor there is a sumptuous king bedroom, two twin bedrooms, and a family bathroom. An added bonus at this charming holiday home is the attractive fully enclosed rear garden with garden furniture and a BBQ so you can make the most of long summer evenings. There are no parking restrictions on Fawcett road so, with a little luck, you can park close to the house and simply walk into town. Ground floor Hard flooring runs throughout the ground floor. Sitting room Located at the front of the property, this beautiful room offers comfortable seating in the form of two two-seater sofas, two arms chairs and coffee table, positioned to enjoy the Smart TV and wood-burning stove. Kitchen/Dining Room A wonderful modern kitchen/dining area which is sure to be the hub of your holiday, with space for everyone to come together to entertain. The modern kitchen offers everything you need to cook up a storm, featuring an electric double oven, four ring gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, wash-dryer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Enjoy family meals or games evenings up the wooden dining table with two large bench seats and two chairs. In addition there is a sofa located perfect for a morning cup of coffee or reading nook. Whilst the property doesn't have any allocated parking, there is unrestricted parking along Fawcett Road, Lee Road and Park Road, all on a first come basis.

The popular, vibrant seaside town of Aldeburgh is famous for its culture, traditional feel and one of the best fish and chip shops in the country! Aldeburgh and Snape Maltings are home to one of the world’s greatest music festivals and has been named as one of the top 50 places to live in Britain. Crag Path runs along the seafront dividing the beautiful pebbly beach from the unspoilt pastel-coloured seafront properties and the town. The beach is a popular place for groups and couples to enjoy the wonderful fish and chips throughout the summer months. The town is steeped in history and has become a wonderful town for shopping with a good mixture of independent and chain stores to enjoy. The town also offers a good selection of pubs and restaurants or why not buy some freshly caught fish from the huts on the seafront and cook up your own feast at home. For those wishing for a more action-packed holiday there is excellent walking, cycling, sailing and golf at Aldeburgh. Growing in popularity you will want to return to Aldeburgh again and again!
