There are no parking restrictions on Fawcett road so, with a little luck, you can park close to the house and simply walk into town.

Sitting room Located at the front of the property, this beautiful room offers comfortable seating in the form of two two-seater sofas, two arms chairs and coffee table, positioned to enjoy the Smart TV and wood-burning stove.

Kitchen/Dining Room A wonderful modern kitchen/dining area which is sure to be the hub of your holiday, with space for everyone to come together to entertain. The modern kitchen offers everything you need to cook up a storm, featuring an electric double oven, four ring gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, wash-dryer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster.

Enjoy family meals or games evenings up the wooden dining table with two large bench seats and two chairs. In addition there is a sofa located perfect for a morning cup of coffee or reading nook.

In the summer months open up the bi-fold doors to extend the space onto the courtyard garden.

Outside Fawcett Cottage offers a fully enclosed patio garden accessible from the kitchen and rear passage way. There is a garden table and chairs and charcoal BBQ for guests to enjoy dining alfresco.

Whilst the property doesn't have any allocated parking, there is unrestricted parking along Fawcett Road, Lee Road and Park Road, all on a first come basis.
