The property
Walnut House offers a space for family and friends to come together to truly spend quality time, with a variety of spaces that the whole party can enjoy. Complete with two kitchens, dining room, sitting room and five bedrooms each with it's own bathroom.
The uniqueness of this property is the exciting leisure and entertaining space. The entertainment/games room features a large flat screen TV, pool table and darts board perfect for watching those important sports games and competitive games nights, with the addition of a bar. In an adjoining space is the expansive fully heated indoor swimming pool and an outdoor hot tub, a space you will be sure to not want to leave.
Ground Floor
Guests are welcomed into the spacious entrance hall, with the social spaces on the ground floor, and the kitchen/dining/sitting room and all bedrooms on the first floor.
Swimming Pool and Hot Tub
At the end of the property is a fully heated swimming pool, complete with a shallow and deep end. There are two changing rooms both with shower cubicals for guests use. The room is fully heated, and also has double sliding doors leading out onto the decking area complete with under cover hot tub, perfect for the adults to sit and enjoy the sunshine with a glass of wine whilst the children splash around in the pool.

Entertainment Room/Games Room
The entertainment room is the ideal space for the whole family to enjoy with a built-in bar complete with a fridge, and bar stools are provided to give you that real bar feeling! There is a flat-screen TV on the wall with a sofa and two arm chairs, with the added touch of a beautiful wood-burning stove, double french doors open up into the pool room. For those competitive family games nights, why not take advantage of the pool table and darts board provided. A fantastic space for special occasions with the whole family, in the comfort of your holiday home!
Kitchen
Perfectly located to save you heading upstairs when using the games room/pool. Complete with everything you need to pour yourself a drink or serve a light lunch. There is an additional oven with four ring hob and fridge.

The sitting area offers a truly tranquil space to relax in, views across the beautiful neighbour fields. A stylish corner sofa is positioned to make the most of the 50'' TV. French doors open up onto the expansive decked balcony complete with outdoor sofa and chairs, bistro table and chairs and sun lounges.

With views across the garden, this room features a double bed with bedside tables and lamps. Ample storage is provided with a double wardrobe, dressing table and chairs.

Your spoilt for choice with the outdoor space at Walnut House. There is a vast garden, with ample patio areas with table and chairs for guests to enjoy. Enjoy the views from the balcony area access from the sitting room, complete with comfortable outdoor sofas, bistro table and sun loungers.
Located outside the pool area is a hot tub, so be sure to pack your swim wear.
At the front of the property is ample parking for four cars.

The family resort of Lowestoft is the most easterly point in Great Britain and is situated on the Suffolk Sunrise coast close to the Norfolk/Suffolk border with some of the finest sandy beaches in the area, with a range of attractions for all the family. From the traditional Victorian Seafront Gardens and donkey rides on the beach to the modern roller-skating rink at Claremont Pier and Pleasurewood Hills Leisure Park with its spectacular rides.
