The property

All rooms open off a long hallway with three equally charming bedrooms, one with a modern shower room plus a family bathroom. The open plan living space is a great place to socialise with living space overlooking the patio, dining area and well equipped kitchen. In good weather the sunny patio, furnished with table and chairs, is the perfect place for long lazy lunches or a BBQ after a day in one of the nearby market towns or on the beach at nearby Southwold. There’s plenty of parking in the huge gravel driveway and ample space for kids and dogs to run around. Ground floor: The Mulberry’s very well designed so all rooms face south, opening off the long hallway with wooden floor running through and carpet in the bedrooms. Living Space A super light and airy living space combining well equipped kitchen, dining and living areas – ideal for socialising with family and friends. Two large sofas are positioned next to the wall of windows overlooking the surrounding countryside with double doors opening onto the sunny south facing patio The room features gorgeous artwork, large statement mirror, and modern LED lamps. Entertainment’s provided with flat screen TV. A sturdy table and six chairs sits next to the stylish kitchen which is well equipped with integrated appliances including an electric oven, induction hob and extractor, Integrated fridge with four drawer freezer beneath; dishwasher, washing machine, free standing microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. Master bedroom Elegant double aspect bedroom with super king size bed and matching bedside tables plus a built in wardrobe. En-suite shower room A good sized modern en suite with shower, WC, wash basin, heated towel rail and south facing window. Guest Bedroom Another sunny bedroom overlooking the garden and fields, with king size bed, matching bedside tables and chest of drawers. Twin bedroom A stylish south facing room with twin beds, bedside tables and a chest of drawers. Family Bathroom Conveniently located for guests in the guest and twin bedrooms as well as the living room, with bath, shower, wash basin, WC, heated towel rail and natural light. Outside The Mulberry is a detached single-storey holiday home sitting down a long drive on Highfields Farm with only the owner's house nearby (not too close for comfort though!). There's a large lawned garden (perfect for a game of catch or ball game) with lovely furnished south facing patio for long lazy lunches or starlit suppers with virtually no light pollution. There's a gravel drive with ample space for three cars. There is now a new shed adjacent to The Muberry, for secure bike storage.

Bungay is a historic town resting between Norwich and Halesworth. The town is known for its impressive castle, Bigod Castle, and offers a selection of attractions including Bath Hills countryside walk and Bungay and Waveney Valley Golf Club. Dining options include Spice of Balti, Mermaid Fish Bar and The Fleece Inn, while you can stock up on essentials at the nearby convenience store. Within easy reach of the town is the is the coastal town of Lowestoft where you can find further attractions and amenities such as pubs, restaurants and activities including the Maritime Museum, Carlton Marshes Suffolk Wildlife Trust walk, an Pleasurewood Hills Family Theme Park.
