    “We found the farmhouse very comfortable and cozy.”

    A perfect place to celebrate Christmas with family and friends. Being in its own grounds it was ideal for long walks and bike rides (great to have the bicycles provided.) Set in a private lane yet near to historical St. Osyth village amenities. (Food takeaways accessible.) A good all round stay anytime of year. The property matched the description provided and any queries we had were immediately dealt with.

The Farmhouse enjoys a superb situation on the outskirts of the historic village of St Osyth in Essex and near the bustling seaside town of Clacton-on-Sea. Ideal for a large family or get-together of family and friends, the property welcomes visitors with open arms and is surrounded by lush, green fields, helping to create a real feeling of tranquillity. Ground Floor Take the few steps up to the front door into a spacious porch with plenty of room for coats and shoes into the hallway with stylish drinks trolley for you to stock for your stay, with the bright living / dining room to the left, cloakroom to the right and the kitchen a little further along the hallway. Sitting / Dining Room A light and bright room that spans the width of the property with a calming palette of colours and beautiful furnishings with a three seater sofa, two armchairs offering comfortable seating and a beautiful dining table with six chairs to enjoy eating and socialising and offering views over the open grounds.
