“Lovely ‘Annex’, overlooking the Orwell estuary with a spectacular light show from the Felixstowe docks every evening.”

Helpful, discrete owners on hand for queries. We would only add a hand towel in the kitchen - picky, picky. All else was delightful. Very convenient to get to local sights and a friendly pub up the road. Will recommend to friends visiting Suffolk.
