Tucked away on a spacious, ten-acre farm just outside the village of Polstead, is this wonderful barn conversion, The Brambles. Superbly presented with two bedrooms, this inviting retreat welcomes a family of five and their canine companion looking to stay this Area of Outstanding Natural Beaty. The property is set back from the other cottages in its own garden and is ideal for guests seeking a little more privacy. Internally, the cottage features a king-size and a twin room with trundle bed, complete with wardrobe space for your personal belongings. Allow the designated chef to take over the kitchen, featuring an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer and microwave. Serve up a tasty meal at the dining table, before retreating to the sofa and spending the rest of the evening catching up on TV. This Sprotts Farm cottage also features a family bathroom with choice of bath and shower over, so you can best decide how to prepare for the day. Start the morning with a few lengths in the outdoor communal pool or head into the games room for some table tennis and pool. Treat the family to a memorable stay at The Brambles. Sprotts Farm Holiday Cottages

Polstead 1.3 miles. These three barn conversions rest on the owner’s 10 acre farm just outside the village of Polstead within the Dedham Vale AONB. Polstead is a small village resting near to Colchester between Nayland and Hadleigh.
