The property is listed as one of the oldest property in Aldeburgh, and is therefore full of character, including the original bakers oven. On the ground floor you have the living room, kitchen and wet room.On the first floor you have the bedroom.
A small garden at the front of the house (complete with Rosemary bushes!) leads to the front door which opens into the living room, leading onto the kitchen with the wet room off of this.
There’s a two seater leather sofa, a wicker chair and a flat-screen TV with built-in Freeview/DVD/CD player. An open fire and original beams makes the cottage a cosy retreat for winter breaks.
Beyond the living room is a lovely cottage kitchen with a Rayburn range cooker, bespoke handmade kitchen units, French dresser, antique pine table and chairs, a fridge with freezer compartment, integrated slimline dishwasher, toaster, and a terracotta pammet floor. A door leads out to the back garden.
To the side of the kitchen is a small blue-tiled wet room with a shower, w.c. and sink.
Stairs lead from the ground floor between the living room and kitchen-diner to a double bedroom with a white, New England style bed, natural carpeting and original windows overlooking the High Street.
There is a raised garden with a lawn to the rear of the cottage with a table and chairs. There is a summer house and brick built storage building suitable for storing bicycles. This has a built in, charcoal barbecue. On road parking is usually available in nearby side streets.

Sorry no smoking or unaccompanied teenagers. This property is not suitable for children due to the steep stairs inside the property and in the garden. Babies in arms and children who can crawl are permitted.
