“Could not get the shower to work and hot water is an issue.”

Lovely layout of property and appliances all good. Would benefit from a washing up bowl as sink is very big. Perhaps a few more mugs. Sky sports would be a nice addition. No issue with lamp or heated towel rail. Just have to give it time to heat.

Thank you for your feedback and comments. The hot water and water pressure have been adjusted and balanced and now work fine, the shower is adequate but is not a power shower. A washing up bowl is now provided. There are four mugs provided. Property Owner

“The towel rail in the bathroom would not heat up so the bathroom was very cold.”

The standard lamp in the corner did not work. The suggestion that the hoover and new light bulbs are under the bed was ridiculous as there was no way to access under-bed storage. The air-conditioning unit needed some instructions - it took about 30 minutes to work out how to get it going. Otherwise it was fine!

Thank you for your feedback and comments. The bed is an ottoman style and has storage under the mattress, this is accessed by lifting the lever between the mattress and the bottom of the bed the mechanism is hydraulic assisted making it easy to lift, this is where the hoover and spare bulbs are stored. this will be added to the welcome pack. The air conditioning remote has an on/off button and heat up and down buttons and is very easy to use. instructions will be added to the welcome pack. Property Owner

Holly House Studio is a wonderful open-plan pet-friendly holiday home located in the heart of Lavenham. An ideal bolt-hole for couples to enjoy, with a kitchen/dining/sitting area with double size bedroom and shower room. Including an electric oven with four ring hob and extractor fan above, fridge with icebox freezer, kettle and toaster. A table with two chairs is positioned next to the kitchen for meal times. A sumptuous leather chesterfield sofa awaits, so sit back, relax and enjoy the 50'' Smart TV. Bedroom Located at the front of the property, next to the sitting/dining area. Featuring a beautiful antique style wooden double size bed, with bedside tables and lamps. There is a wardrobe for your belongings. The TV can be tilted to either enjoy whilst on the sofa or in bed. Shower Room A beautiful modern shower room awaits, with a corner shower, wash basin with mirror above, heated towel rail and WC. Outside At the front of the property is a small patio area with bistro table and chairs, ideal for a morning cup of coffee or evening glass of bubbles. Parking is available along the road, on a first come basis.

In late medieval and Tudor times, Lavenham was one of the country's wealthiest towns due to the English wool trade. Today, Lavenham is considered England's finest complete medieval village with over 350 timber framed medieval houses and its magnificent church of St Peter & St Paul. Located in some of these medieval buildings you will find delightful shops, art galleries tea rooms, good pubs and a number of Michelin starred gourmet restaurants. Many places have been filmed for TV & films including a Harry Potter movie filmed in the splendid NT Guildhall. The village & the surrounding countryside have inspired many famous artists, John Constable was schooled in Lavenham and Thomas Gainsborough in the nearby village of Sudbury. This area of Suffolk is renowned for its pretty villages and its historic houses. Nearby is NT Melford Hall with its antique centres, visit the beautiful Debham Vale and see where John Constable was inspired. At NT Flatford Mill, you can enjoy a leisurely boat trip or walk the banks of the River Stour and afterwards visit the riverside tea rooms.
