This pet-friendly holiday home is perfectly designed for family and friends to enjoy, with it's with expansive rooms and high ceilings. The property is positioned across four floors, with an open plan kitchen/dining room, living room with magnificent sea views, four tranquil bedrooms and three bathrooms. Outside is a gorgeous enclosed patio garden allowing guests to both cook and dine alfresco.
Ground floor
Entering through the impressive door with stained glass into the grand entrance hall, hard flooring runs throughout the ground floor. There is coat and show storage in the entrance hall.
Dining Room
Positioned at the front of the property, with rooftop views. This light and spacious room with high ceilings and sash windows is the perfect space to bring family and friends together over a wonderful meal. A large wooden table sits central in the room with eight dining chairs. In the colder months why not light the wood-burning stove and create a cosy space for all to enjoy. In addition this room has the added extra of a 55 inch wall-mounted smart TV, and Bose sound system with Bluetooth collectability.
Kitchen
Steps lead down from the dining room into the kitchen. The kitchen is one of dreams, with everything you need to cook up a storm, these include a Range Cooker with electric oven and five ring gas hob and extractor fan above, dishwasher, fridge, kettle and toaster. An island sits centrally in the room, with ample space for preparing food.
Pantry
Located off the kitchen, with an American style fridge-freezer, microwave and access to rear patio garden.
Cloakroom
With a washbasin and WC.

Steps lead down to a laundry area, with washing machine.
First Floor
Carpeted stairs with hand rail leads up to the first floor.
Bedroom 3

Bedroom 4
With views onto the courtyard garden, this room has a full-size single bed with pull-out trundle, with a bedside table and reading lamp. There is a large chest of drawers for your belongings.

Sitting Room
This bright and spacious room positioned at the front of the property, with some of the most incredible sea views in Aldeburgh across the rooftops. Two three-seater sofas and comfortable arm chair are positioned around the wooden coffee table, making the most of the views on offer through the sash-windows across the rooftops and out to sea. This room has the use of the open fire, perfect for those winter evenings. A Smart-TV and Bose Speakers has been provided for entertainment.
Third Floor
Carpeted stairs with hand rail lead up to the third floor.
Bedroom 2
A generous sized bedroom with high ceilings, featuring a wooden king size bed, with bedside tables and lamps. A double wardrobe with drawer beneath and chest of drawers have been provided for your belongings. Sit back and relax on the comfortable sofa and either enjoy a good book or alternatively make use of the wall-mounted TV.
Shower Room
With a walk in rain-fall shower, wash basin with mirror above and WC.
Study
Located at the rear of the property is this spacious study, with built in desk and office space. Perfect for those looking to do a spot of work whilst away, or for those looking to retreat with a good book.

Bedroom 1
Located at the top of the house, with magnificent sea views. This luxurious bedroom with en-suite boasts a king size bed with bedside tables and wall lamps. Ample storage space is provided in the built in wardrobes and chest of drawers. When not enjoying the beautiful views on offer, guests can enjoy the wall-mounted TV.
En-Suite Bathroom with Shower
This deluxe en-suite is the ideal space to sit back and relax at the end of a busy day. A sumptuous free standing bath awaits, so grab a glass of wine and a good book and enjoy some rest and relaxation. In addition there is a large walk in rainfall shower, heated towel rail, WC and twin wash basins with mirror above.
Garden
Yolande House benefits from a south-west facing enclosed patio garden, with rear access. Beautiful raised flower beds surround a outdoor table seating eight. Make the most of the built-in barbecue, and enjoy those warmer evenings cooking and dining alfresco.
On street parking is available both along The Terrace, and surrounding roads.

The popular, vibrant seaside town of Aldeburgh is famous for its culture, traditional feel and one of the best fish and chip shops in the country! Aldeburgh and Snape Maltings are home to one of the world’s greatest music festivals and has been named as one of the top 50 places to live in Britain. Crag Path runs along the seafront dividing the beautiful pebbly beach from the unspoilt pastel-coloured seafront properties and the town. The beach is a popular place for groups and couples to enjoy the wonderful fish and chips throughout the summer months. The town is steeped in history and has become a wonderful town for shopping with a good mixture of independent and chain stores to enjoy. The town also offers a good selection of pubs and restaurants or why not buy some freshly caught fish from the huts on the seafront and cook up your own feast at home. For those wishing for a more action-packed holiday there is excellent walking, cycling, sailing and golf at Aldeburgh. Growing in popularity you will want to return to Aldeburgh again and again!
