A beautiful annexe attached to the owner's home, a short walk into the lovely market town of Brandon, Suffolk. Modern and inviting with beautiful finishing touches, this cottage is a refreshing place to begin your adventures. Situated all on the ground floor with wheelchair access, the rooms have been tailored to ensure that every guest can enjoy a comfortable holiday experience all season round. The open-plan living area is a relaxing place to unwind, complete with a charming dining table, located in the corner of the room. A wonderful aspect of the lounge is the views which lean out towards the lawned garden, featuring a lake, and even chickens which roam around. To prepare those home cooked meals, make the most of the modern kitchen with its white units, and almost country feel welcoming you inside after a long day. This room also features low countertops; a nice addition to the formation, should you require the extra space. Continue through the cottage and you will discover a king-size bedroom, a characterful haven complimented by dark furnishings and further views of the garden which you can wake up to every morning that goes by. An en-suite wet room is presented to an immaculate standard, and a cloakroom completes the accommodation. Brandon has a small market held every Thursday and Saturday in addition to a collection of independent shops in the town. The property is also great for Suffolk is a county filled with natural beauty, bordered by 50 miles of glorious coastline and topped with breath-taking skies.
