“For a ‘last minute booking’ very comfortable and ideally situated. Weather almost perfect – even managed a dip in the sea. Great to find a quality butcher open on Sunday! Many thanks”
“We came all of 20 minutes in search of a beach position and we found one! Suzy’s kiosk for sausage rolls, very good. We’ve really loved staying in Spindrift, thank you so much for the wine and crackers too. Lovely flat in perfect location and the most perfect weather too!”
“Our 4th stay in Spindrift and 9th in Southwold. Great walking as usual and used the helpful ‘Darcy’ walks in the folder. Walking to Dunwich was great full day with lunch at The Ship in the village and back again, 14 miles in total with Poppy off lead all the way. The Red Lion pub is under-estimated, with most people going to the Nellie or The Sole Bay, but the Red Lion has great food and the staff are super friendly, and its more spacious if you have a four legged friend. Suzi’s beach cafe do the best bacon sarnie and open early for breakfast. Best fish and chips are in the Harbour Inn."
