You are welcomed into a shared entrance hall with the apartment above, Osprey. A door opens to the sitting room which features a open fire and large bay sash window. Beyond that there is a modern kitchen with double doors opening to the garden and a lobby leading to the double bedroom, twin bedroom and family bathroom.
To the front of the property there is unrestricted on-road parking. To the rear there is a fully enclosed landscaped patio garden with sun terrace and garden store.

Experiences with their own two young boys in Southwold have led the owners to go to great lengths to ensure Kestrel is very baby/child friendly. An extensive list of baby equipment can be made available on request at time of booking, allowing parents to pack light. The list includes: toys, books, crabbing lines & bucket, safety gates, travel cot, high chair, baby bath, steriliser, baby monitor, childrens' step, childrens' cutlery and crockery.
