Entering into the property, you can't help but be impressed by the light, airy, spacious stone hallway which runs the length of the ground floor to the beautiful, spacious, open plan kitchen/dining/sitting room with French doors opening out onto the rear decking. There is a utility room, king size bedroom with en-suite and family bathroom and twin bedroom. Contemporary oak stairs with metal balustrading posts lead up to the first floor sitting area which runs the width of the house and is complete with a balcony, which connects to the Master bedroom, walk through dressing area and en-suite bathroom. Artworks of various types feature all around the property, as well as books and games making the house feel more homely than a rental property. Ground floor Entering into the spacious hallway, stone flooring runs throughout with coat hanging and shoe racks by the side door. Kitchen/Dining/Sitting Room A bespoke kitchen with under counter drawers, not cupboards for ease of use, is well stocked with china, glasses, baking and cooking items, and has a two-oven electric AGA with separate Aga electric two door oven and four ring hob, American fridge-freezer with drinking water and ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
