Beta Cottage is a stunning characterful coastal retreat which has been newly refurbished to create a beautiful pet friendly holiday home in the heart of Walberswick. The perfect seaside retreat for both family and friends to to enjoy, the property has a flexible layout with four bedrooms and four bathrooms, these break down to a shower room on the ground floor, three bedrooms and a further bedroom and bathroom on the second floor. Beta Cottage has been renovated and decorated to a fantastic standard, maintaining the stunning period features and original doors, whilst furnishing with beautiful traditional and contemporary items. Ground Floor The ground floor has been designed to create the perfect self-catering experience. Entering into the entrance hallway with space for your shoes and coats. Kitchen/Dining Room A beautiful handcrafted kitchen awaits the designated check of the party, with everything you need to cook those culinary delights, including an electric double oven with four ring ceramic hob, American style fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster. A large farmhouse style table awaits, comfortably seating 8 guests, a perfect spot to enjoy those tasty delights whilst enjoying the views out onto the garden. Sitting Room Sit back and relax in this gorgeous room with french doors into the kitchen, and large bay-style window offering views of the village green, this room offers the benefits of a wood-burning stove - perfect for those chillier evenings. There are two sofas and an array of arm chairs for guests to take a pew in, whilst enjoying the TV. Utility Room With access through to the shower room, this room offers a washing machine, iron/ironing board and additional sink. Shower Room Perfect for washing those toes after a day at the beach, featuring a shower, wash basin and WC. Conservatory With beautiful feature brick wall, this room is the ideal spot for relaxing with a good book, or catching up on emails at the beautiful desk spot. First floor Carpeted stairs lead up to the first floor landing area. Bedroom 1 With views across the village green and sea beyond, this beautifully light room with wooden flooring offers a king size bed with bedside table and lamps. There is ample storage provided for your belongings with built-in wardrobes and chest of drawers. En-suite Shower Room This room features a shower, basin and WC. Bedroom 2 A tranquil space with a double bed, bedside tables and lamps. There is a built in wardrobe for your belongings. There is also a sink. Family Bathroom This stunning bathroom consists of a bath with handheld shower attachment, wash basin and WC. Bedroom 3 With views out towards the harbour and Southwold beyond, offering a single bed with additional pull out single bed which can be zipped together to make a double. Second Floor Carpeted stairs lead up to the second floor bedroom, with en-suite shower room. Bedroom 4 Wake up to the sound and views of the sea, this sumptuous bedroom offers a double bed in the most perfect position to make the most of the views on offer. En-Suite Shower Room Another beautiful shower room, featuring a shower, wash basin and WC. Garden Beta Cottage benefits from having a fantastic walled garden space. There is a large patio area outside the dining room with outdoor seating, perfect for dining alfresco and making the most of the sunshine. Whilst there is no allocated parking, you can typically park directly outside the property, or on surrounding roads, between 1 April and 30 September guests are unable to park on the roads. There will be one parking pass for the main car park in the village.

A delightful coastal village set at the mouth of the River Blyth in the Suffolk Coast National Nature Reserve. This place is perfect for a chilled break by the sea. It offers a small range of delightful shops, pubs, restaurants and cafés to choose from. The nearest town is Southwold just a short trip over the River Blyth, accessible via the foot ferry, or by walking/cycling across the foot bridge. It offers a good selection of amenities as well as a museum and a lighthouse. Walberswick offers both the beautiful sandy beach, as well as the stunning heathlands just waiting to be explored.
