Victoria House is ideally positioned just moments away from the stunning Southwold seafront, offering luxurious accommodation for family and friends to come together for a coastal escape. On entering the front door you know you are somewhere special with quality furnishings and fittings throughout. The ground floor boasts a beautiful open plan kitchen/dining room, two sitting rooms and utility area. On the first floor there are three generous sized bedrooms, one with en-suite and a family bathroom. On the second floor are two further bedrooms and a second family bathroom. Outside is a wonderful secluded courtyard with space to cook and dine alfresco. Ground floor Entering into the entrance porch with space for shoes and coats. Hard flooring runs throughout the property. Sitting Room Located at the front of the property with beautiful bay window allows natural light to fill this room. A space for the family to come together, with wood-burning stove for those winter evenings. There are two sofas and an armchair with an array of side tables and lamps to create the perfect atmosphere. Snug A space to come together and enjoy a movie night. This room has a large three-seater sofa positioned to enjoy the Smart TV with BT box and the wood-burning stove. Kitchen/Diner A superb space for the whole family to come together and socialize over some tasty meals that have been whipped up in this well-equipped contemporary kitchen. Lowestoft 13.4 miles; Ipswich 35.1 miles

Southwold is a seaside town situated along the East Suffolk coast within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and resting between Lowestoft and Ipswich. Southwold is known as the home of Adnams Brewery which was established in the town in 1872 and it also has its own lighthouse, a museum and a picturesque pier which has a selection of colourful beach huts and which plays host to the regular Southwold Model Yacht regatta. The town boasts a number of excellent restaurants and eateries with a particular nod to its seaside location so there is always plenty of seafood and fish on the menu. Southwold has some fantastic independent shops, boutiques, galleries and pubs which are great for a browse and to stock up on essentials for your holiday. Just outside Southwold there are a number of great attractions for the whole family including Africa Alive Zoological Reserve, RSPB Minsmere and Dunwich Museum as well as scenic towns such as Aldeburgh, Thorpeness, Leiston and Lowestoft to visit.
