The property

The Pink House is a truly seaside family holiday home with original features located in a prime position, just a short walk from the sandy beach of Felixstowe. On the ground floor you have a two bedrooms (king and twin), shower room and utility area. Stairs lead you up to the first floor where you have a bright and airy kitchen/dining area, sitting room with sea views, king bedroom and family bathroom. Outside there is a raised decked garden with seating, perfect for dining alfresco. Ground Floor You are welcomed into the long hallway where you will find two bedrooms, shower room and utility area. Bedroom 1 Located at the front of the property, this spacious room offers a king size bed with bedside tables and lamps. There is a wardrobe and dressing table with mirror above. Bedroom 2 A perfect space for children, with two full size single beds with bedside table and lamps. There is a wardrobe and chest of drawers for your belongings. In addition this room has an array of children's games and toys for guests to enjoy. Shower Room A modern shower room awaits, perfect for washing off those sandy toes. There is a shower, wash basin with mirror above and WC. Utility area With space for shoes and coats. There is a washing machine located in here. First Floor Carpeted stairs lead up to the first floor landing area. Kitchen/Dining Area Over looking the decked garden. The kitchen offers everything you need to whip up those tasty delights, this includes an electric oven with induction hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. There is a large wooden dining table seating six, with french doors opening out onto the outside space. Sitting Room With views out towards to seafront, a comfortable space tor retreat too at the end of the day. There are two three-seater sofas, coffee table, side lamps and TV. In the window months enjoy the warming glow from the wood-burning stove. Bathroom Room with Separate WC A modern bathroom suite awaits, with a bath with overhead shower and wash basin. There is then a separate WC. Bedroom 3 Located at the front of the property, with sea views. This room offers a king size bed with bedside tables and lamps. There is then a wardrobe for your belongings. Outside The Pink House boasts a decked garden, accessible via a staircase from the ground floor, or via the dining area. A space for guests to enjoy dining alfresco. There is on road parking available along South Hill and surrounding roads.
