Positioned within four acres of beautiful grounds surrounding three holiday lets and the owners' 16th century Suffolk farmhouse. The property is set on a single level, with a spacious open-plan kitchen/sitting/dining area, sumptuous bedroom and bathroom. The area is just waiting to be explored, with footpaths and bridleways to explore directly from the property, with quiet lanes taking you to the villages of Chediston and Wissett. In the historic market town of Halesworth you will find a variety of independent shops, pubs and restaurants. For those looking to explore the Suffolk coastline, Southwold and Walberswick are just a 25 minute drive away. Ground Floor The front door leads into the spacious open plan living area. Kitchen/Sitting/Dining Room In this vaulted ceiling open plan living space the sitting area has a generous corner sofa and a contemporary red chair with a 27 inch Samsung flat screen TV in the corner, the original wood beams give the space a grand feel, complete with wood-burning stove.
