Packway Barn offers a beautiful barn conversion, which has been lovingly restored to retain its character whilst adding all of the contemporary touches expected. Positioned within four acres of beautiful grounds surrounding three holiday lets and the owners' 16th century Suffolk farmhouse. The property is set on a single level, with a spacious open-plan kitchen/sitting/dining area, two sumptuous double bedrooms, both with their own en-suites. The area is just waiting to be explored, with footpaths and bridleways to explore directly from the property, with quiet lanes taking you to the villages of Chediston and Wissett. In the historic market town of Halesworth you will find a variety of independent shops, pubs and restaurants. For those looking to explore the Suffolk coastline, Southwold and Walberswick are just a 25 minute drive away. Ground floor The front door leads into the spacious open plan living area. Kitchen/Sitting/Dining Room The living room has a large wood-burning stove and 42 inch Samsung flat screen TV. The sitting area has a generous corner sofa and two contemporary chairs. The dining area is in the center of this open plan room with a dining table seating four. The fully equipped newly-fitted kitchen is fitted along the length of the back wall, complete with beautiful granite worksurfaces. There is a Belfast sink, an integrated Neff electric hob and oven, a washer/dryer, an integrated dishwasher and a feature retro Smeg fridge/freezer. Bedroom 1 This walk through bedroom houses a double bed with a vaulted ceiling and en-suite shower room. There are matching bedside tables with lamps and a two-door wardrobe. Access to Bedroom 2 is through this bedroom. Shower Room En-suite to bedroom two, this shower room has a corner shower cubicle, WC and a hand basin. Bedroom 2 A lovely large room with a double bed featuring an incredible feature fire and an en-suite bathroom. There are matching bedside tables with lamps, a chest of drawers and a two-door wardrobe. Bedroom two has a separate exit through the bathroom, leading out onto the garden area. Bathroom En-suite to bedroom one, this room has a bath with a handheld shower, WC and a hand basin. Outside There is off-road parking on the shared drive-way for two cars.
