The cottage is well equipped with all the kitchen utilities you'd need for your stay. The bedrooms and beds were clean, well presented and complete with plenty of fresh towels.
We had some issues with some of the bathroom facilities, which we reported to the owner. We also found the Wi-Fi to be quite temperamental and as mobile reception was poor inside the cottage, could be a minor issue for some.
All in all we enjoyed our stay and with the exception of the maintenance issues, found the cottage to be lovely and well located.
Dear Michael, Thank you for your feedback, we are very glad you enjoyed your stay here. Thank you for drawing our attention to the issues you encountered with the bath and shower. It is very helpful to get notice of problems as soon as they crop up, so that they can be promptly resolved. I decided to replace the shower head and bath taps to avoid any future problems and this work is now complete. I wasn't aware of your issues with the internet while you were here, but our rural position means it is quite a distance to the nearest fibre cabinet. We have not previously been notified of an issue, but I will monitor it. I am also sorry about the mobile signal, again our position does mean that with some providers the signal can be weak. We overcome this ourselves by using wifi calling. We do hope you will choose to come and stay at Packway again. Best wishes, David and Fiona
