This charming self-catering cottage, with enclosed garden, typically small doorways and low ceilings, has been tastefully furnished for a family or friends to enjoy a stay in rural Suffolk, with RSPB Minsmere close by and a traditional village pub within walking distance.
Stone Cottage is a traditional end terraced Suffolk flint fronted holiday cottage, which has a cosy sitting room, lovely bright kitchen/dining/sun room opening onto the secluded patio and garden, plus a cloakroom on the ground floor. The two bedrooms on the first floor both have double beds and the bathroom has a bath, shower cubicle, WC and wash basin.
There’s a small parking bay adjacent to the house, or guests can park on the road in front of the cottage. There’s space for bikes through a gate at the side of the house.
Middleton is a beautiful Suffolk village with a medieval church, a traditional thatched pub, The Bell, serving locally sourced, home cooked food, and a lovely village green.
Picturesque and secluded, Stone Cottage is a wonderful base from which to explore coastal Suffolk, with Aldeburgh, Southwold and Dunwich close by and the popular Minsmere Nature Reserve virtually on 8 Stone Cottage’s doorstep.
Those looking for a spot of history can explore the castles at Orford and Framlingham, whilst sport enthusiasts can enjoy wonderful country walks, cycling, golf or sailing.
