Guests are welcomed into a small hall with the kitchen and living room, with wood burner to either side and stairs rising to the first floor where accommodation includes a stylish master bedroom with king size bed, twin and single, plus the modern family bathroom.
There’s a parking bay at the top of the front garden with path leading to the front door and a large garden, laid to lawn, at the back, surrounded by fields.
This bright double aspect room has a wonderful feature wall of Spanish tiles and is furnished with a table and six chairs. Equipment includes a free standing electric oven with four rings and a dishwasher with a fridge with freezer compartment and microwave housed in the adjacent pantry with additional storage for your groceries.

Nearby Bawdsey Quay has a water sports centre and you can watch the children crabbing, sit on the small sandy beach, visit the Boatyard café for a coffee or light lunch or take the foot ferry to Felixstowe old town.
The lively market town of Woodbridge with a farmers market every Saturday, cinema/theatre, small supermarket and many local independent shops is close, as is Orford where guests can enjoy a river cruise and visit RSPB’s Havergate Island where avocets thrive. The popular tourist destinations of Snape Maltings with it’s Concert Hall; picturesque seaside towns of Aldeburgh and Southwold full or independent shops, restaurants and cafes, and historic Sutton Hoo are all within easy reach.
