Southwold is one of the best-known Suffolk towns for good reason!  Its beautiful sandy beach stretches for miles and is accessorised by the colourful beach-hut lined promenade.  The Victorian pier and lighthouse complete Southwold as your quintessential British seaside town.

Aldeburgh

Views of Aldeburgh beach are spectacular whatever the weather.  In the winter Aldeburgh adopts a dramatic and moody but beautiful feel.  Summer sunshine transforms it into a picturesque paradise.

You couldn’t get closer to the beach than Pembroke!  This stunning property has recently undergone a full refurbishment adding additional bathrooms, creating a luxurious yet comfortable space for family and friends to enjoy.  However, the most spectacular thing about Pembroke is its first-floor balcony that places you basically right on the beach.  Imagine waking up in the morning and enjoying breakfast in bed with the balcony doors open and the sea right there…magical.

Orford

One of the lesser-known coastal locations in Suffolk, Orford has an undiscovered charm.  Find endless enjoyment crabbing in this tiny fishing village (when the weather permits!).  A mysteriously beautiful feature of this beach is the abandoned lighthouse.

Thorpeness

Walking north along the beach from Aldeburgh you’ll find Thorpeness.  Usually slightly quieter than it’s well-known neighbour, Thorpeness beach is unassumingly enchanting.  Created originally as a private fantasy holiday village, the village itself is wonderfully wacky.

Chicoutimi is a spacious, comfortable and well equipped detached house situated in one of the most sought after locations in Suffolk.  Enjoy the unforgettable experience of lying in bed and watching the sunrise, or if you’re brave going for an invigorating morning swim!

Walberswick

Walberswick is another spectacular but lesser-known destination on the Suffolk Coast.  This lovely little sand dune-backed beach is particularly special because it is located right next to a nature reserve.
