Aldeburgh Music Festival - 8 - 24 June

For 17 days each June the world’s leading musicians converge on the Suffolk coast for our flagship Aldeburgh Festival. Founded by Benjamin Britten, Peter Pears and Eric Crozier in 1948, and now with pianist Pierre-Laurent Aimard as its Artistic Director, the Aldeburgh Festival is one of Europe’s leading classical music festivals and much more. The programme includes orchestral and chamber music, opera, the contemporary art show SNAP, walks and talks and a vibrant fringe programme at The Pumphouse.
