Ground Floor
Entering into the spacious open plan living/dining area, with sliding doors leading out onto one part of the garden.

Open Plan Living/Dining Area
A light and spacious room, with tiled flooring throughout. There is comfortable seating for four, with a two seater sofa and two arm chairs, positioned to enjoy both the great outdoors, or the 32" TV with Freeview. There is an array of books and games to be enjoyed. History of the building fills the rooms, with nods to its original purpose.

There is a circular wooden table with four chairs, an ideal spot for breakfast, lunch or dinner. In the warmer months you can enjoy dining alfresco, with easy access through the sliding doors.

Kitchen
A perfectly proportioned room with everything you need to cook up a storm, this includes an electric oven with four ring hob and extractor fan above, slim-line dishwasher, washing machine, 50/50 fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster.

Shower Room
Featuring a shower cubical, wash basin and WC.

First Floor
Modern open tread stairs lead up to the first floor landing area.

Bedroom 1
With views out across the garden and fields, this peaceful room features a double bed with bedside table and chairs. There are two chest of drawers and built in cupboard for your belongings.

Bathroom
Featuring a bath with handheld attachment, wash basin with mirror above and WC.

Outside
Wheelwrights boasts a patio area, located outside the french doors, with a table and chairs and washing line. Opposite the property is a private garden, surrounded by beautiful flowers . The local area is threaded with quiet country lanes, perfect for walkers, cyclists and those looking to enjoy nature.

Parking is available on the shared driveway.

Whats Included?

All prices include 100% cotton bed linen, towels, oil heating and electricity, along with a welcome pack to get your holiday started.

This self-catering holiday cottage is equipped with central heating and appliances include two TV's all with Freeview and WIFI. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven with four ring hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and washing machine.

A well-behaved dog is welcome. If you wish to bring a dog it must be mentioned at the time of booking on the booking form and is subject to our conditions of booking.

Once you have filled out the online booking form, you will be given the option to pay by credit or debit card, or by BACs transfer.
