The cottage has a large garden with seating areas to three sides, allowing guests to enjoy the sun as it moves around. There is off road parking at the back of the holiday cottage.

This charming south facing room has a delightful window seat. The room is carpeted and furnished with two comfortable large sofas, a beautiful coffee table, antique chair, bookcase and TV table which houses the flat screen TV with Sky+ HD, DVD player and iPod docking station. The property has had a Wood-Burning Stove installed, however please note this is not in use until 2020.
This spacious country kitchen with scrubbed pine table and six chairs is a great place for meals. Furnished with a Welsh dresser, small chest of drawers with stereo system, comfy chair, closed fireplace and equipment including a free standing fridge with small freezer above, electric oven, grill and ceramic hob. A pantry gives additional space for storage.
A door from the kitchen opens into the utility room with a step down and guests there is a , with washing machine and boiler. Doors lead to the family bathroom and a back door to the garden.
Directly opposite the back door (ideal when returning from the beach) this large bathroom has a seaside feel with it’s blue painted walls and mosaic effect lino floor. There is a step up to the bathroom which has a full size bath, walk in shower, washbasin and toilet. Windows face north giving natural daylight.
Carpeted stairs lead directly from the hall to the first floor landing with access to the master bedroom, two singles and a separate toilet.
With view of the village green and the sea beyond, this is a charming sunny room with south facing windows. There is a king size bed with padded headboard, bedside drawers with lamps, an antique dressing table with drawers, chair, wardrobe and feature fireplace.
With painted single bed, bedside cabinet and matching chest of drawers, this room has a quaint cottage feel!

At the rear of the cottage is a separate Garden Room, ideal for grandparents or teenagers with it's own entrance. The room has a feature ornate fireplace and is furnished with a double bed with bedside table and lamp, three drawer chest of drawers, mirror, two chairs, mahogany chest with flat screen TV with Freesat. This annex has it's own shower room with terracotta tiled floor, housing a shower cubicle, washbasin, WC and heated towel rail.
A picket fence separates this semi-detached cottage from Leverett’s Lane and a path runs round the house, past the Garden Room, to the garden, laid to lawn. There are a couple of patio and seating areas where guests can enjoy dining in the fresh air and catch the sun at any time of the day with benches and tables strategically placed!
Webster cottage has private parking for two/three cars at the back of the cottage.

Walberswick is a hidden gem in Suffolk. Until the early 20th century the village was a trading port, but today it is one of Suffolk’s top tourist attractions with picture postcard village green with tea rooms, restaurants and two public houses (The Anchor and The Bell), art gallery, original crafts and gift shops. The village is famous for its annual crabbing competition and guests will enjoy the stunning sandy beach and marshland.
Webster Cottage is located just minutes from the harbour and a pretty walk over a footbridge to the popular town of Southwold that boasts several excellent pubs and restaurants as well as a range of independent shops and galleries. The town’s sandy beach is adorned with a string of colourful beach huts that lead along to the Pier.
