Walberswick is a hidden gem in Suffolk. Until the early 20th century the village was a trading port, but today it is one of Suffolk’s top tourist attractions with picture postcard village green with tea rooms, restaurants and two public houses (The Anchor and The Bell), art gallery, original crafts and gift shops. The village is famous for its annual crabbing competition and guests will enjoy the stunning sandy beach and marshland.

Webster Cottage is located just minutes from the harbour and a pretty walk over a footbridge to the popular town of Southwold that boasts several excellent pubs and restaurants as well as a range of independent shops and galleries. The town’s sandy beach is adorned with a string of colourful beach huts that lead along to the Pier.
Sorry, no pets, smoking or unaccompanied teenagers.
