Tower House at Aldeburgh

A patio separates the apartment from the promenade, Crag Path, with double doors opening directly into the large and well equipped kitchen which is a great place to socialise with large kitchen table seating eight guests. The bay window in the spacious living room is a key feature with it’s sea views. Accommodation includes a master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite shower room, a single and double with a family shower room.

Roadside parking is generally available in front of the property.


Guests are welcomed into Tower House Apartment through double doors from the patio. The spacious apartment is on the ground floor of Tower House and has wooden floors in the kitchen/dining room and living room, with carpet running through the corridor and bedrooms; the shower room floors are tiled with underfloor heating in the main bathroom.

Kitchen/Dining Room

Double doors open directly from the patio into this sunny kitchen/dining room with views of the shingle beach and the sea.

This is a great place for families and friends to socialise with a large farmhouse style table and eight chairs. The kitchen is well equipped with Neff appliances including a fridge and separate freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, electric oven and four ring induction hob with extractor and a microwave. Doors open to the living room and the corridor.

Living Room

Accessed from the kitchen, this is a stunning room, decorated and furnished in a contemporary style with a huge bay window giving amazing views across Crag Path to the beach and sea beyond. There is a big corner sofa, additional chairs, a dresser housing lots of games, shelves stocked with DVDs and CDs and a lovely elm coffee table. The flat screen TV has Freesat, a DVD player and there’s a separate iPod docking station.


A corridor, accessed through a glazed kitchen door, separates the accommodation nicely from the rest of the apartment.

Master bedroom

A lovely bedroom with kingsize bed on a wrought iron frame and bedside cabinets with lamps. The room has lots of light from two windows and is furnished with a tall boy with hanging and drawer space, dressing table with stool.

En suite shower room

There is a shower cubicle, basin, WC, heated towel rail and window giving natural light to this en suite.

Single bedroom

With single bed on brass frame, tall boy with hanging space and drawers and bedside table with lamp. A fun port hole style window onto the hallway, as well as a window at the side.

Double bedroom

Conveniently located next to the shower room, this charming bedroom has a wrought iron double bed, bedside table and chest of drawers with a window overlooking the small courtyard at the back of Tower House.

Family shower room

This spacious shower room with double corner shower with shower rose as well as a hand shower, is beautifully tiled and has a wash basin, WC, heated towel rail and natural light from two windows.


Watch the Suffolk Sunrise from the patio at the front of this lovely apartment. A table and chairs is provided so you can enjoy eating outside tooas well as a teak bench. There is unrestricted parking on Crag Path, just in front of the apartment. There is also a small courtyard at the back for bin storage along with a rotary clothes line and space to store bicycles.


A BBQ, outdoor furniture and windbreak are stored here for guests’ use.

Tower House Apartment is equipped with gas central heating. Appliances include flat screen television in the sitting room with Freeview and an iPod docking station. Neff appliances in the kitchen include a fridge and separate freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, electric oven and four ring induction hob with extractor and microwave. Wifi is also included.
This wonderful ground floor Suffolk holiday apartment is located literally just steps from the beach with the shops on Aldeburgh High Street also a short walk away. Aldeburgh has an excellent range of restaurants, pubs, takeaways, independent shops and galleries, as well as an independent cinema. Fresh fish can be bought from the fish huts along the beach.

There are pretty walks around the nearby Aldeburgh Marshes, to Thorpeness and to Snape with it’s renowned Aldeburgh Music and Maltings.

Tower House Apartment is situated on Crag Path, a popular promenade for visitors and residents.
This is a great holiday house for children and a travel cot and high chair are available on request at time of booking.

Sorry, no pets, no smoking or unaccompanied teenagers are permitted at this property.

Once you have filled out the online booking form, you will be given the option to pay by credit or debit card, or by BACs transfer. A 25% deposit is requested at the time of your booking to secure your booking. The balance and a returnable good housekeeping deposit are due six weeks before your holiday commences.
