The Seed Store is a wonderful mix of contemporary design and rural period charm. It could not be more perfect for couples looking for a restful countryside break.
Looking to bring your dog? Keen walkers? The Seed Store could not be more ideal! You'll be able to access the six acres of grounds as well as numerous local footpaths in the local area.
Inside The Seed Store you are in for a real treat. The former seed store has been brought back to life using traditional materials, including hemp and lime insulation, lime plaster and original brick flooring, and now offers an extremely light and contemporary living space. A particularly pleasing feature of the property is the sitting room, which enjoys far-reaching panoramic views across open fields, through bespoke curved glass windows and double doors. The open plan sitting room features some iconic furniture and lighting designs from which all the other rooms, including the bedroom, kitchen/dining room, bathroom/shower room are accessed.
The pretty market town of Framlingham can be easily reached by car in under 15 minutes, and local pubs of the Badingham White Horse or Dennington Queen offer delicious meals and drinks. The Suffolk coast is only a 20 minute drive away, and the nearest village of Peasenhall has a charming village shop, delicatessen, butchers and tea room.
Looking for a getaway with extended family or friends? Larger parties can book the two other beautiful countryside properties at High Ash Farm too, The Cottage and The Cross Wing.
