Located on a working farm with stunning views across the open countryside, with access to extensive footpaths and bridleways through farmland and country lanes, perfect for some peace and relaxation. The property is all on one level with open plan living/kitchen/dining area, with a king size bedroom and shower room.

From the open plan area french doors open up into an enclosed south-westerly courtyard garden, with views across the countryside. The outside area is the perfect place to sit and enjoy, you may be lucky to see some of the beautiful wildlife here.

Open Plan Living/Dining/Kitchen area
This bright and airy open plan space is the perfect location to sit back and relax. The living room section is a great space to enjoy in all seasons. In the summer months with the french doors open and in the winter months with the curtains closed and side lamps lit to create a cosy space. There is a comfortable L-shaped sofa with wooden coffee table, side table and decorative lamp and a flat screen TV with Sky TV for your entertainment.

The kitchen is fully equipped to enable you to make the most of self-catering. There is a SMEG electric oven with a two ring AEG induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and an integrated fridge with icebox freezer. There is a choice of dining locations, a beautiful expansive table in the open plan area, or take dining alfresco and make use of the gorgeous cast iron table and chairs in the garden with views of the rolling countryside.

New addition in November 2020 - The owners have installed a cosy flame effect electric fire into the living area, perfect for those winter evenings.

King Size Bedroom
This luxurious bedroom has been beautifully decorated to create a tranquil space with views out across the fields. There is a king size bed, however please note this has been made bespoke to fit the size of the room, so is not full length. There are two bedside lamps, and for storage you have a large chest of drawers and wall hooks to hang your belongings.

Shower Room
The spacious shower room features a a shower cubical with power shower, wash basin with storage underneath, heated towel rail and WC.

Outside
Located on the edge of the farmland, this enclosed garden space is perfect to enjoy dining alfresco with gorgeous views across the countryside, you may even be lucky enough to spot some fantastic wildlife. A gate from the garden space leads out onto the field with a track that runs round the field through a wooded area and back round, perfect for an evening stroll or dog walk. There is an additional footpath leading to other walks, perfect for keen walkers or cyclists.

At the front of the property there is under cover parking next to the front door and wooden dog kennels, which you are welcome to use.
