The kitchen in this luxuriously designed property is well equipped for the chefs of the group to enjoy. Appliances include an integrated fridge/freezer, electric double eye level oven, a four ring gas hob with extractor over and an integrated full size dishwasher. It's a sociable space with a large central island and three velvet yellow tall chairs at the breakfast bar. Underfoot in the kitchen is practical wooden flooring which leads to the carpeted dining and living space.
The solid oak dining table with eight sophisticated high back chairs offers comfort for long leisurely lunches and jolly evenings with friends and family if you choose to eat in.
Beside the dining area is the living space exuding sumptuous comfort with a three seater sofa and two softly upholstered arm chairs. In the centre is the huge wooden coffee table to play board games and place your glass of wine or coffee cup. For your entertainment there is a 55 inch flat screen smart TV on the wall.
South facing high level windows with electric blinds allow oodles of light to flood in to this well proportioned twin bedroom, which is perfect for adults or for children. Further light descends through frosted windows from the bedroom above. There's a pretty dressing table and shelves with hanging space to the side of the beds.
En Suite Shower Room
With tiled floor, this is a modern room with tiled shower cubicle, WC and wash basin.
Carpeted stairs rise to the first floor with landing leading to the double bedroom and master suite.

Enter the basement car park which has a maximum vehicle height of 1.8m through gates from the road. If your vehicle is too high, unrestricted parking can be found outside the building. Bikes can be stored in the locked room in the basement, allocated to the apartment.

Stratford St Mary, Suffolk is in the heart of Constable Coutry and has a natural boundary with Essex in the form of the River Stour. There are three pubs in the village, The Anchor, The Swan and The Black Horse. Just next door in Dedham is Le Talbooth, an award winning restaurant beside the river which is certainly worth a visit.
For days out the historic town of Colchester is less than 15 minutes drive and with large shopping centres, independent shops, cafes, restaurants and a castle there’s plenty to do. Don’t miss the fantastic Zoo and leisure centre, which are both fabulous for children and adults.
You’re also close to Dedham Vale, which is a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The characteristic lowland English landscape made famous worldwide by artists such as Constable and Gainsborough is still recognisable today. The charm of the villages, fascinating local attractions and beauty of the surrounding countryside mean there’s no shortage of places to go and things to see.
If you're after a day out at the seaside then Frinton on Sea is perfect for groups of adults and young families. Less than an hour away there are clean sandy beaches, lots of parking and plenty of green spaces for playing and picnics.
