The Lodge at Aldham

The Lodge is a beautiful two bedroom property with ground floor bedroom and bath, set in the rolling countryside. The property is perfect for people looking to relax and unwind, or for those who enjoy exploring by foot or bicycle.

Entering into The Lodge into the spacious entrance hall, you have the living room to your left with views across the countryside, bathroom to your right and the double bedroom in front, there is then a hallway leading to the kitchen/dining space and onto the garden room. On the first floor you have the Superking bedroom.

Ground Floor
There is a small step up into the property, with the living room, kitchen/dining room, garden room, double bedroom and family bathroom all on this level.

Kitchen/Dining Space
Perfectly designed to enjoy entertaining, you have the spacious kitchen area with the dining space just off of this within an L shape. The kitchen has all of the mod-cons required to enjoy cooking at home, these include an electric double oven with four ring hob and extractor fan above, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, 50/50 Fridge-freezer and an Nespresso coffee machine. There is also a washing machine and ample storage for your items.

The dining space consists of a large wooden table with four chairs, and a beautiful side unit for extra storage.

Living Room
Sit back, relax and enjoy the views. An ideal space to enjoy a morning coffee whilst admiring the idyllic countryside views whilst listening to the birds. This spacious room has a two seater sofa and two additional arm chairs, with a variety of side tables and coffee table positioned closely. There is a 50'' TV connected to Sky for you to enjoy.

Garden Room
Make the most of the sunshine in this gorgeous garden room, complete with a two seater sofa, two arm chairs and coffee table, there is also a ceiling fan. This room has a stable door allowing access to the patio area with outside seating.

Double Bedroom
This room features a metal frame double bed with side table and lamp. Ample storage for your belongings is provided in form of a double wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Family Bathroom
The family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, wash basin with mirrored unit above and WC.

First Floor
Stairs from the hallway lead up to the Super-king bedroom.

Super-King Bedroom
A bright and spacious room with high vaulted ceiling complete with two velux windows. This room has a luxurious Superking bed, wth oak side boards and decorative lamps. There is also a 24'' TV for you to enjoy. Ample storage for your belongings is provided in form of a walk in wardrobe complete with a small chest of drawers and hanging space, there is also an additional chest of drawers.

This room also features a small room off of it with a WC and wash basin.

Outside
Next to the garden room is a patio area complete with a large round wooden table and 4 chairs, perfect for dining alfresco. Please note that this area is next to the owners garden.

All prices include 100% cotton bed linen, towels, heating and electricity, plus a welcome bottle of wine and biscuits to help you get your break off to a relaxing start.
