The Gate Lodges at Wilderness at Sibton

Entering through the left lodge into the entrance hall at ground level, this room has two armchairs, a coffee table and a fabulous snug room. A winding staircase leads you down into the main Gate Lodge space. Tucked neatly under the stairs is the kitchen area leaving you lots of room to entertain. To the left is the main living and dining space. The reception room offers dining space for up to eight guests and has french doors leading out onto a private patio area. The spacious living area has an open fire, two sofas and two armchairs. Through the door on the right is a corridor leading to a shower room with a large walk in shower. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, flat screen television and stunning harlequin sideboard.

GROUND FLOOR ENTRANCE: Enter the Gate Lodges at ground level through the left hand lodge. Enter through either side and you will find yourself in a vestibule with two armchairs, a coffee table and views into the beautiful woods.

A winding staircase takes you down to the main living space underground.

KITCHEN/DINING/DRAWING ROOM: Enter into the high specification kitchen, with the units tucked neatly under the stairs allowing ample space for entertaining. The room then opens out into a long, spacious and light dining/drawing room. At one end is a table seating up to eight guests facing doors, which open out onto a private patio with outdoor seating, surrounded by a grass bank. The luxurious drawing room offers the perfect space to relax in style with a choice of boldly patterned soft seating, a footrest and open fire.
BATHROOM 1: An excellent shower room with a large shower, hand basin, W.C and heated towel rail.
MASTER BEDROOM: The grand master bedroom is light and airy with signature pieces of furniture including a bespoke harlequin sideboard, indulgent blue armchairs and doors, which open onto a second private patio. There is a king- size bed and flatscreen TV.
MASTER BATHROOM: This second, lavish bathroom has a large bath, a shower, wash basins and W.C.

BEDROOM 2: In the upstairs of the north lodge, there are two single beds and a flat screen television.
OUTSIDE: There are two private patio areas protected by banks of grass for complete privacy. Guests also have access to a stunning outdoor pool and private tennis court at Sibton Park.

All prices include 100% cotton bed linen, towels, heating and electricity plus a welcome bottle of wine and biscuits to help you get your break off to a relaxing start.

This self-catering Suffolk country estate cottage is equipped with ground source heat pump with underfloor heating. Appliances include a flatscreen TV with FreeSat channels, WiFi. In the kitchen there is an electric hob, an electric oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer.

A travel cot and high chair seat are available on request at the time of booking.

This self-catering Suffolk country estate cottage is situated close to the picturesque villages of Peasenhall and Yoxford. Peasenhall’s village's facilities include a very popular pub serving fresh local produce, a village stores, a delicatessen specialising in cured hams and Spanish produce and a family butchers selling produce from local farms. Yoxford’s facilities include a village store and a post office that sells organic produce, two pubs and two popular restaurants. It's an ideal location from which to explore Suffolk's country lanes and pretty villages and market towns and the Suffolk Heritage Coast, a short drive away. Several footpaths lead from the village over open fields into the glorious Suffolk countryside and bicycles can be stored in the enclosed back garden.
