This self-catering Southwold holiday let has a spacious open plan living/kitchen/dining room with large windows, a bedroom with a super-king size bed and a bathroom.
GROUND FLOOR: A shared ground floor staircase has a straight set of stairs to a mid way landing with another straight set of stairs, which leads to the first floor door to the apartment.
FIRST FLOOR: Once inside the front door, there's a hallway with access to doors to the bedroom, bathroom and open plan living room.
LIVING/KITCHEN/DINING ROOM: This room has a sofa and a couple of chairs, a flat screen TV with FreeSat channels, a DVD player and an iPod docking station. There is a table and chairs for four and the kitchen has integrated Neff appliances including a five-ring gas hob and electric oven, a tall fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a combined washing machine/tumble dryer and a freestanding microwave.
BEDROOM: This has a king size bed, a large built-in wardrobe with shelves, and bedside tables.
BATHROOM: There is a bath with a hand held shower attachment, a hand basin, and a W.C.
OUTSIDE: It is usually possible to briefly stop outside the apartment to unload your car. We recommend parking at the end of the development on the side street (on road parking) or on Southwold Common where parking is free of charge.

All prices include 100% cotton bed linen, towels, heating and electricity plus a welcome bottle of wine and biscuits to help you get your break off to a relaxing start.
Appliances include a flat screen TV, FreeSat TV channels, DVD/CD player, iPod docking station, five-ring gas hob and electric oven, dishwasher, tall fridge-freezer, washer- dryer and a microwave. There is wooden flooring throughout the apartment expect for the bathroom that has a tiled floor.
A travel cot and high chair are available from the property owners on request at the time of booking.
The sandy beach is adorned with a string of colourful beach huts that lead along to Southwold Pier at one end and towards Southwold Harbour at the other end.
There is a pretty walk through the harbour and over a footbridge to the picture-postcard village of Walberswick, home to two good pubs (The Anchor and The Bell) and a long sandy beach. Fresh fish can be bought from the fish huts along the harbour. Southwold is home to the Adnams Brewery and the town's excellent pubs include one of our personal favourites, The Lord Nelson where you can try arange of Adnams bitters.
