Entering the property in the beautiful open plan kitchen/dining area, with a large living space to your right. There is a super-king zip/link bedroom on this floor, with an en-suite shower room. In addition on the ground floor is a laundry cupboard, cloakroom, and large rear hallway with space for shoes and coats.
Open Plan Kitchen/Dining Space
This is very much the heart of the home, and a great space for family and friends to spend quality time together. The luxurious and stylish kitchen is very much a kitchen of dreams, with its bold colours and gorgeous marble style worktop. The kitchen includes a Delonghi gas oven, with 5 ring gas hob, integrated microwave, full height fridge, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle and toaster. In the bar area is a full size freezer and wine cooler. There is ample storage for your all your ingredients.
Cook up those wonderful culinary delights, and enjoy them on the large wooden table,with built in window seat offering pride of place at the head of the table. Striking feature lamps hang above the table to help create the perfect mood for your meal. This room also features a fun addition of a cocktail area, with a freezer and wine chiller, with worktop and glassware above, with exciting neon lighting.
Living Space
Located at the rear of the property, with the most stunning views across the dunes. This vast room has space for the whole family to enjoy. In the heart of the room is a three and two seater sofa, positioned to enjoy the 55'' Smart TV and stylish built in flame effect fire. To the rear of the room are two swivel arm chairs, designed for you move around to make the most of the views. There are also two comfy bean bags and spot lamp, the perfect children's corner. The room itself has an array of stunning artwork, lamps and soft furnishings to help create a warm and welcoming area for you to enjoy all year round.
Cloakroom
With feature pebble wall, this room has a WC and small wash basin.
Laundry Room
A handy space with a 7kg washing machine, and shelving above.
Bedroom 1
Located at the front of the property with wooden flooring and large feature window, this room features a super-king zip/link bed, with bold artwork above, bedside tables and decorative lamps to each side. There is a dressing table with feature mirror above and chair, along with a double wardrobe with drawers beneath for your belongings. This room can be set up as a twin on request.
Bedroom 1 En-suite Shower Room
This bright and spacious en-suite with sliding floor features a corner shower unit, WC and large wash basin with light up mirror above.
First Floor
Carpeted stairs lead up to the first floor landing area. On the first floor area there are three bedrooms, one with en-suite and a large family bathroom.
Bedroom 2
Located at the front of the property, with large velux window. This wonderful room has a super-king zip/link bed with feature panel headboard and bedside table and decorative lamp. There is a freestanding hanging unit for your belongings, along with a full length mirror. This room can be set up as a twin on request.
Bedroom 3
With views reaching out across the dunes with the lighthouse and pier in the distance. This light and inviting room features a king size bed, with bedside tables and stylish lamps.
Family Bathroom
With sea views across the dunes. This luxurious bathroom feature a large freestanding bath, perfect for relaxing in after a long day at the beach. There is a WC, wash basin with drawers beneath and full height towel rail.
Bedroom 4
Located at the rear of the property, with french doors leading out onto the balcony with some of the beach views in Southwold, imagine waking up watching and listening to the sea! This ultra stylish and luxurious room feature a super-king four poster bed, with artwork, throws and cushions offering calming tones. There is a dressing table with large circular mirror above and desk light. In the dressing area, between the en-suite and bedroom is a large full-length mirror and a large chest of drawers.
The balcony offers space to sit back and unwind, either with a cup of tea in the morning watching the sunrise, or at the end of the day with a glass of wine. There are two relaxing chairs with table, or alternatively two breakfast chairs and table to enjoy also.
Bedroom 4 En-suite Shower Room
This spacious room offers a Mediterranean vibe, with it's terracotta tiling and striking black details. There is a large walk in shower, WC, towel rail and gorgeous wash basin with mirror above and drawers beneath.
Outside
The Dunes benefits from a spacious garden located right on the dunes. There is a large patio area with two large outdoor sofas and large coffee table. A gate leads you out onto the dunes, and sea beyond. There is a BBQ available for use, so while not kick back and enjoy dining alfresco in the warmer months, all whilst listening to the sound of the sea.
At the front of the property is off road parking for three cars, one is a drop curb and two are not. The property has an electric car charging point.
Please note the owner is currently seeking planning permission to change upgrade the windows/doors, upgrade the driveway and to clad the property.

Southwold is a seaside town situated along the East Suffolk coast within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and resting between Lowestoft and Ipswich. Southwold is known as the home of Adnams Brewery which was established in the town in 1872 and it also has its own lighthouse, a museum and a picturesque pier which has a selection of colourful beach huts and which plays host to the regular Southwold Model Yacht regatta. The town boasts a number of excellent restaurants and eateries with a particular nod to its seaside location so there is always plenty of seafood and fish on the menu. Southwold has some fantastic independent shops, boutiques, galleries and pubs which are great for a browse and to stock up on essentials for your holiday. Just outside Southwold there are a number of great attractions for the whole family including Africa Alive Zoological Reserve, RSPB Minsmere and Dunwich Museum as well as scenic towns such as Aldeburgh, Thorpeness, Leiston and Lowestoft to visit.
