The Coach House is a large Norfolk holiday cottage situated in the former grounds of Haveringland Hall, a country house demolished after the Second World War. Approaching under the grand clock tower, the property is situated on a courtyard with a fountain in the centre.

This spacious Norfolk holiday accommodation is perfect for large family or group holidays in the Norfolk countryside, close to Norwich and the Norfolk coast.

If Covid-19 restrictions mean travel is no longer permitted, we will issue you with either a voucher credit, valid for a new booking at the same property for use before 31 December 2021 or a full refund, if preferred.

If there are no restrictions, but you feel you don’t want to travel, we will try to re-sell the dates for you. If we fully resell the dates, you will then receive a refund for the amount you have paid minus the booking and admin fee.

The Coach House at Haveringland

Ground Floor
There is a step up through the front door of this large Norfolk holiday cottage into the main hallway.

An extensive stone floor kitchen with modern units and appliances including an electric hob and oven, a dishwasher, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, and a washing machine.

Dining Room
This grand dining room with windows overlooking the garden is furnished with a large dining table seating 12 and has a side table and iPod.

Wash-basin and WC.

Living Room
A fantastic spacious living room with lots to entertain you including a piano and snooker table. There's ample space to relax with four sofas and a coffee table positioned so you can enjoy the open fire, watch your favourite programme on the flat-screen TV with Freeview channels, enjoy a DVD player or music on the CD player.

First Floor
A grand staircase leads from the hallway to the first-floor landing.

Bedroom One
A stunning kind size four-poster bed takes pride of place in this bedroom which also has a chest of drawers, a dressing table, a wardrobe, and bedside tables.

En-suite Shower Room
Shower, wash-basin and WC.

Bedroom Two
A generous twin bedroom with views over the garden, furnished with a chest of drawers and bedside tables.

Bedroom Three
A twin room with a difference, one single bed, and a bunk bed against the wall. There's storage in a built-in wardrobe and bedside tables.

Bedroom Four
Enjoy the views over the garden from this generous room too. There are twin beds, a chest of drawers, and bedside tables.

Bedroom Six
The custom-designed wrought-iron king-size bed takes pride of place in this lovely room with en-suite. Unpack and make use of the chest of drawers and bedside tables.

Relax and unwind in the roll-top bath, which is accompanied by a wash-basin and WC.

There is a large garden area with BBQ, central courtyard and a shared indoor heated swimming pool with changing rooms.

All prices include 100% cotton bed linen, towels, heating and electricity plus a welcome bottle of wine and biscuits to help you get your break off to a relaxing start.
A travel cot and high chair are available on request.
Two well-behaved dogs are welcome on request at the time of booking, subject to our terms and conditions.

Once you have filled out the online booking form, you will be given the option to pay by credit or debit card, or by BACs transfer.
