This open plan kitchen/dining area has been designed to give you all you need to enjoy cooking at home. The kitchen has a fan assisted oven, electric 4 ring hob, slim-line dishwasher, fridge with icebox freezer and microwave. There is a large solid wooden dining table with two chairs, positioned to enjoy the views of the countryside through the french doors.
The shower room is split into two sections, as you enter through the door from the kitchen you have a large storage cupboard in front of you. To your right through a sliding door you have a large double walk in shower with a heated towel rail. To your left you have a separate WC and wash basin.
From the ground floor you have a beautiful spiral staircase leading up to the open plan living/bedroom area (please note restricted ceiling height). This is a light space with 5 velux windows with blinds on the ceiling, two end windows and double doors opening onto a Juliet balcony.
At the far end of the first floor you have the living area, with a beautiful two seater sofa and vibrant orange arm chair, perfect for sitting and watching out of the Juliet balcony onto a small wooded space. In the area you have a small dining table with two chairs, this space is great for enjoying meals or working. There is also a small flat screen TV on the wall.
This beautiful property gives you the option of having a luxurious super-king bed or twin beds. There are two bedside tables either side with lamps. There is ample storage with a chest of drawers, 2 ottoman boxes and wall hooks. There is a large full length wall mirror above the stairs.
This property offers a private secured gravelled courtyard garden with large wooden table and bench seat. There are beautiful views across the rolling countryside, and if you are lucky the owners three Alpacas may pay you a visit (Please do not touch).
Parking is available adjacent to the property.

Borley is a picturesque hamlet situated on high ground between Long Melford and Sudbury, with panoramic views across the rolling countryside of the Essex/Suffolk borders. Borley offers the enviable combination of a rural, peaceful and tranquil location, whilst being within 1 ½ miles from the historic village of Long Melford, 3 miles from the market town of Sudbury and 6 miles from the medieval village of Lavenham.
Long Melford is an historic village, which contains a wealth of fine period houses and cottages along its linear settlement, one of the longest in England. It has an excellent range of facilities including many pubs, restaurants, galleries and a good range of shops.
Sudbury is a thriving and expanding market town and the birthplace of Thomas Gainsborough. The town provides an excellent range of shops, supermarkets, a small quayside theatre and modern swimming pool/leisure complex.
Lavenham was founded on the prosperous wool and weaving trade, and home to a magnificent parish church dominating the village and a fine medieval Guildhall occupying one whole side of the market place, now in the care of the National Trust. There are many Tudor, Georgian and Victorian buildings of all sizes. The village offers a number of shops, which include a butchers, bakers, traditional grocer, pharmacy and two Co-operative stores.
