What our guests say
"A lovely cosy house with such comfortable beds! Loved the secret garden, great for coffee and a glass of wine late afternoon." - May 2022
"We have really enjoyed this cottage! Warm and cosy (the weather was a bit frightful) and so well located for great walks." - April 2022
"Our second visit to this lovely house, in a lovely village in a lovely county! It is comfortable, clean and smart and we feel very 'at home' here. Staying in Alderton has given us the opportunity to explore this quiet, fairly isolated, and, to many, unknown part of Suffolk."
"We have enjoyed a fantastic first family holiday here with our 8.5 month old daughter! The house is lovely and a good base for all the day trips we managed to squeeze in - from coast to castle - so much to enjoy!"
"Perfect escape from our busy lives - I rented Teacher's House for several days in early October with three friends. The cottage is beautifully and stylishly decorated. It was warm, cosy and very comfortable with everything we needed. For a small garden, it is absolutely delightful arranged on three levels. The house is well situated for lovely long walks and is within easy driving distance of some beautiful villages and towns. It was the perfect escape from our busy lives."
