All rooms are spacious with a light and airy kitchen opening into the dining room and comfortable living room - ideal at any time of the year with double doors onto the large patio, and a wood burner in the huge brick fireplace for cosy winter evenings. There are great views of the magnificent parish church and it's just a short walk to the village stores, a renowned delicatessen, family butcher and, a little further to the award-winning Sibton White Horse.

It's an ideal location from which to explore Suffolk's country footpaths and country lanes to the pretty villages and market towns towards the Suffolk Heritage Coast, a short 15 minutes away. A variety of footpaths lead from the village out over open fields and for cyclists, bikes can be stored in the enclosed back garden. Walkers will appreciate the well equipped utility room for storing outdoor clothes and boots. A dog is welcome at this property - see note.

The very well presented family friendly self-catering Suffolk country holiday cottage is on two floors - on the ground floor is a large kitchen, a spacious living room with a wood burning stove, a separate dining room, utility room and cloakroom. Upstairs are the three bedrooms (two kings and one twin) and each has a TV and a DVD player, an en suite shower room and a family bathroom. Outside is a pretty patio back garden, overlooking the church and two allocated parking spaces.

Ground Floor
You're welcomed into a hall with access to the dining room, kitchen and living room, plus stairs to the first floor. The utility room is off the kitchen and has a door to the patio; there's also double doors between the kitchen and dining room; ideal for entertaining!

Kitchen
This modern well-equipped kitchen with window overlooking the patio, has built-in units along two walls housing an electric oven with ceramic hob and extractor, dishwasher and a free standing fridge/freezer and microwave. There's a poseur table with four bar stools for light meals and double doors to the dining room. From the kitchen is a door through to the utility room which has another sink, washing machine and tumble dryer, hooks for coats and a back door leading to the courtyard.

Dining Room
A semi-formal room sitting at the front of St Michael's View, with dining table and six leather chairs, plus bookcase with plenty of reading material for your holiday.

Living Room
An exceptionally big room, great at any time of the year with wood burner in the huge brick fireplace and double doors to the patio for summer months. Furnished with generous sofas, chairs, occasional tables and large flat screen wall mounted TV plus Sky.

First Floor
Carpeted stairs rise to the first floor where you'll find the doors to all three bedrooms and the bathroom.

Master Bedroom
Stylishly furnished in golden hues with a king size bed and large sash window overlooking the front. Bedside drawers sit to either side of the bed with impressive lamps and there's ample storage in a chest of drawers and built in wardrobes. There's a TV with built in DVD player on the chest of drawers and a door leads through to the en suite shower room.

En-Suite Shower Room
Lovely light en-suite with shower, WC, wash basin, heated towel rail and natural light from the sash window with blind.

King Bedroom
A king size wrought iron bed takes pride of place in this bedroom with window overlooking the front of the house; accompanied by bedside drawers with stylish lamps, a chest of drawers and built in wardrobe. Again, there's a TV with bullt in DVD player for guests to use.

Twin Bedroom
This twin room has a great view of the church through the large sash window. Sturdy wrought iron twin beds have drawers between them and there's a chest of drawers with TV and DVD player o top. Further storage can be found in the built in wardrobe with hanging rail and shelf above.

Bathroom
Conveniently located for the King and Twin bedrooms, with bath, shower over and screen, WC, wash basin, heated towel rail and natural light.

Outside
St Michael's View sits on a development with allocated parking for two cars. A little gate gives access to the front garden and there's a large patio, furnished for outside dining, at the back with stunning views of the church - a lovely quiet spot for meals or simply relaxing in the fresh Suffolk air.

The prices include bed linen, towels, heating fuel and electricity plus a welcome bottle of wine and biscuits to help you get your break off to a relaxing start.

This pet friendly self-catering Suffolk country holiday cottage has central heating throughout and is well equipped with a TV, Sky 'freesat', DVD player, radios, microwave, dishwasher, stainless steel tall fridge-freezer, electric hob, grill and oven, extractor fan, washing machine, tumble dryer, a wine fridge and a BBQ. A travel cot, high chair and stairgate are also available. The property has free WiFi broadband access.

Sorry no smoking or unaccompanied teenagers. A well-behaved dog can often be accommodated on written request at the time of booking, and must be restricted to the ground floor.
Once you have filled out the online booking form, you will be given the option to pay by credit or debit card, or by BACs transfer. A 25% deposit is requested at the time of your booking to secure your booking. The balance and a returnable good housekeeping deposit are due six weeks before your holiday commences.
