This traditional Edwardian family holiday cottage is in an excellent location as Chester Road joins North Parade where you’ll find the sandy beach with its string of colourful beach huts and Southwold’s renowned Pier with shops, eateries and amusements.
The iconic lighthouse is literally next door to Sole Rose, there’s a wonderfully traditional English Sweet Shop just round the corner opposite the Sole Bay Inn serving local cask ales and pub grub. The market square and high street are a few minutes walk away with an excellent choice of restaurants, cafes, galleries and independent shops, including bakeries, delicatessens, butchers and convenience stores.
Suffolk also boasts beautiful walks and cycle routes, both along the coast and inland, and you can enjoy many other outdoor pursuits such as golf, sailing and horse riding.

Please note that the water tank has limited space and cannot accommodate six showers in succession; however there is a combi boiler in the shower room off the kitchen which has continuous hot water - ideal for children after a day on the beach!
