You are welcomed into a spacious hall with doors opening to Bedroom 1, the family bathroom and the open plan sitting/dining/kitchen. Double doors from this room open to an inner hall which leads to bedroom 2 and a cloakroom. Outside the property benefits from one designated parking space which is accessed from the side of the building through large sliding electronically operated gates, or on foot from the communal hallway.

Guests should be made aware there are 2 steps which lead to the front door, with a rail to help with access.

In the kitchen there are integrated appliances including a 4 ring electric hob, single oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer. In the utility cupboard there is a washing machine and tumble dryer.

A travel cot and high chair are available on request at the time of booking.

This beautiful self-catering Aldeburgh ground floor apartment is located in the recently converted Aldeburgh Repeater Station, on a quiet road just off Aldeburgh High St. It gives easy access to the town whilst being just 50 meters from the shingle beach. Aldeburgh has an excellent range of restaurants, pubs and shops and there are pretty walks around the nearby Aldeburgh Marshes and to Thorpeness. Fresh fish can be bought from the fish huts along the beach.

Sorry, no smoking, pets or unaccompanied teenagers are permitted at this property.

Children are welcome.
