Eastbridge sits on the edge of the RSPB Nature Reserve at Minsmere with Dunwich Forest and the sea a 15-minute drive away and the house is on a quiet lane as you drive into the hamlet. There's off road parking in front of the wicker fence for two cars with a large lawn wrapping around the house with two balconies on the first floor giving exceptional views of the surrounding fields. There can be few better places to relax in Suffolk than on the balcony running along the back of the building, overlooking the fields!
All prices include 100% cotton bed linen, towels, heating and electricity, underfloor heating in the bathrooms, plus a welcome bottle of wine and biscuits to help you get your break off to a relaxing start. The house incorporates exceptionally low heating demands, outstanding energy efficiency and a balanced ventilation system. Please note there isn’t a microwave.

This semi-detached sustainable home sits moments from Minsmere Nature Reserve in the village of Eastbridge, close to the many attractions of the Suffolk coast, with the sea just a 15-minute drive or leisurely five-mile walk away and charming towns of Aldeburgh and Southwold to visit.
The local pub, The Eel's Foot Inn, won Pub of the Year in 2016 and was a runner-up in 2017 and 2018; great at any time of the year with a large beer garden with space for the kids to run around and play equipment, plus open fires in the winter and an award-winning menu to choose from with local beer and wines to accompany it. There are numerous cycle rides locally, wonderful walks to explore and a handful of excellent local restaurants, high-quality farm shops and regular farmers' markets all within close proximity. Plus internationally renowned Snape Maltings Concert Hall about eight miles away for a spot of culture or shopping in the large homeware store, clothes shops and art galleries.
Saxmundham and Darsham railway stations are approx 5 miles away with regular trains to and from London Liverpool Street.
