The entrance hall opens into a well-equipped kitchen with glass door leading to the bright sitting room with wood burner which has a porch opening onto the west facing patio, a great place for guests to relax and enjoy the sea air with a good book or BBQ! Accommodation on the first floor consists of generous sized bedrooms comprising a superking with en-suite bathroom, a double, twin with TV (great fo the kids), a room with bunk beds and a family shower room.

This semi-detached holiday home is set back from the road behind a gravelled area with picket fence separating it from the road. There is off road parking for one car and additional unrestricted parking is available on Barley Lands in front of Seahorse House.

Ground floor
The front door opens into a hallway with tiled floor. Stairs rising to the first floor and a door opens into the kitchen.

Kitchen/Breakfast room
A beautiful kitchen with an integrated good sized fridge with three drawer freezer beneath, washer/dryer, dishwasher, electric oven with five stone induction hob and has a terracotta tiled floor.
Sun streams in through the large east facing window overlooking Barley Lands and a table with four chairs and a bench, make the room ideal for meals at any time of the day.

Living Room
With glass door from the kitchen/breakfast room, this spacious carpeted room has a wood burner and is equipped with a TV, DVD player and iPod Docking station. Furnished with two chairs with foot stools, two comfortable sofas, coffee table, TV table and occasional table plus a lovely bay window with a door leading to the patio.

First Floor
Carpeted stairs lead to a landing with all carpeted bedrooms and the family shower room opening off it.

Bedroom 1
Double bedroom with built in cupboards with plenty of shelves for your clothes as well as additional hanging space and windows overlook the garden. The room is furnished with a chest of drawers, bedside drawers and a bucket chair in addition to the double bed with metal frame

Bedroom 2
This light east facing room is a good size and has twin beds, bedside tables, built in shelves and a wardrobe giving ample storage space. A desk with flat screen TV and DVD player makes this a great room for children/teenagers.

Bedroom 3
Overlooking the garden, this is ideal for children with bunk beds and built in wardrobe with shelving.

Bedroom 4
This lovely dual aspect room with windows to the north and east has a superking size bed with bedside cabinets and lamps, a chest of drawers plus built in wardrobe with shelf above.

Ensuite bathroom
This lovely bathroom with plenty of natural light has a bath with shower over, washbasin, WC and heated towel rail.

Family shower room
A modern room with walk-in shower, washbasin and WC; the room has a west facing window giving natural light and is conveniently located for all the bedrooms.

Outside
Seahorse House is set back from the road with a front garden, bordered with a charming picket fence and path leading to the front door with shingle, plant pots and tree to the side. A second path leads round to a gate at the side of the house with access to the rear garden.

The large west facing patio is fully enclosed and furnished with a table, chairs and BBQ for guests to enjoy al fresco dining.

There is off road parking for one car and unrestricted parking on the roadside.

All prices include 100% cotton bed linen, towels, heating and electricity, plus a welcome bottle of wine and biscuits to help you get your break off to a relaxing start.



This comfortable semi-detached self-catering house is equipped with gas central heating and appliances include a TV with FreeSat, DVD player, radio and ipod docking station. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven, microwave and grill, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.



A travel cot and high chair are available from the property owners on request at the time of booking.
This lovely Suffolk holiday home is located within a short walk of the beach and the heart of the picturesque town of Aldeburgh, with it’s excellent restaurants, pubs, cafes and wide range of independent shops, convenience stores, art galleries and huts along the beach where local fishermen sell their wares.

The area is excellent for cycling, sailing or golf and there are many interesting walks and places to visit, including the nearby Aldeburgh Marshes, picture-postcard village of Thorpeness, the world renowned Snape Maltings and town of Southwold with it’s iconic Pier.

Seahorse House is suitable for guests with allergies as it is a STRICTLY NO PETS policy.

Once you have filled out the online booking form, you will be given the option to pay by credit or debit card, or by BACs transfer. A 25% deposit is requested at the time of your booking to secure your booking. The balance and a returnable good housekeeping deposit are due six weeks before your holiday commences.
