Seagulls is a large airy first-floor apartment with an open plan living space with white-painted wooden floors, four bedrooms (a king, a double, a twin and a single with a second pull-out bed), a bathroom and a shower room. Downstairs there’s a small private patio with a table and chairs. The house has broadband access.

Hallway
The front door leads into a private hallway with stairs to the first floor and access to the patio.

First Floor Landing
At the top of the stairs, there’s a lovely large landing at the heart of the apartment, with a settle sofa and a writing table. Whitewashed wooden floors run through 'reception' areas, giving a relaxed coastal feel, with seagrass carpet in the bedrooms. Whilst there are four bedrooms here with capacity to sleep seven guests the occupancy is for six only due to the ktichen and living space being more suited to six.

Open Plan Living/Kitchen/Dining Area
The landing opens out to a large ‘C’ shaped open plan space where you’ll find the light and bright open plan living, kitchen and dining areas with a lovely partial view of the sea and the fishermen’s huts that line the beach. The room's comfortably furnished with a three-seater sofa and two armchairs around a large coffee table. For your entertainment there’s a flat screen TV with Sky freeview channels, a DVD player and CD player.

The dining area has a long refectory-style table with chairs and a bench covered in cheerful blue-checked cushions, encouraging you to entertain at home. The owner has a passion for art and you can enjoy some stunning pieces by local artists on the walls, giving the room a real flavour of the seaside.

The kitchen area sits round the corner, providing a clever divide from the rest of the living space and has some of the owner’s collection of ceramics round the walls. There’s a gas hob, electric oven, extractor fan, dishwasher, a tall fridge with a two-shelf freezer above, a microwave and a washing machine.

Bedroom One
Sitting at the corner of the apartment, this lovely large bedroom catches the light throughout the day through windows at the side and back. A king-size bed takes pride of place with bedside tables, a chest of drawers, dressing table, a canvas wardrobe for your clothes.

Bedroom Two
This light room has a double bed, chest of drawers, bedside tables, and a coat stand with hangers.

Bedroom Three
This twin bedroom has a fun ‘beach hut’ wood and canvas wardrobe and a chest of drawers for your clothes.

Bedroom Four
A single bedroom, also with a ‘beach hut’ wood and canvas wardrobe and a bedside table. This room has a pull-out second bed which can be made up on request.

Bathroom
There’s a bath with a shower over it and also a second handheld shower attachment, a w.c., a hand basin and a heated towel rail.

Outside
There’s a small decked patio at the rear of this self-catering Aldeburgh holiday let which can be accessed through the ground floor back door. It has a table and chairs and is a pleasant spot to read a book, catching the morning sun. On-road parking is usually available on Wentworth Road or Market Cross Place.
