Located at the top of the house. The large window and velux window allow light to fill this room. There is a luxurious wooden king size bed with bedside tables and large full length mirror. This room also has the wonderful addition of a Smart TV.
A fantastic south facing garden, ideal for enjoying those sunny days. This is a tranquil area with an array of beautiful plants and shrubbery, there is a round wooden bench, perfect for enjoying dining alfresco using the charcoal BBQ. Within the garden is a small pond, which does get visits from the local wildlife.

It is in easy walking distance of the delightful foot ferry across the River Orwell stopping at Shotley Point and then across the River Stour to Harwich Pier on the Essex side used by sailors and fishermen for decades. There’s a grassy park on the doorstep with wildlife areas, walking and cycling routes, playground, water play area (operational in warm weather), picnic area and two kiosks offering delicious home made cakes, traditional seaside fayre, ice creams and a range of refreshments.
Felixstowe itself has lots to offer with a range of shops from Adnams - the famous local brewer and distiller - through to the iconic Marks & Spencer's, plus a good selection of independent restaurants, many with sea views. Felixstowe is unique among Suffolk seaside resorts, having both a rail station and motorway standard road connections to London, the Midlands and the North. Visit the Martello Tower opposite the house; the Pier and amusements; Edwardian gardens, Palace Cinema, Languard Fort, bird watching at the nature reserve and observatory, catch a ferry to Bawdsey or visit the town centre where you’ll find a variety of eateries and shops.
