This stunning semi-detached cottage is in a great location close to everything in the vibrant and colourful town of Aldeburgh. Literally feet from the promenade, boating pond, fish huts on the beach selling fresh fish and the historic Moot Hall and, to the other side, just a couple of minutes walk to the town center with an excellent range of restaurants, pubs, takeaways, independent shops and galleries, as well as an independent cinema.
There is a wonderful walk, almost from the front door, along the coast to Thorpeness, passing the famous Scallop shell sculpture, plus pretty walks around the nearby Aldeburgh Marshes and along Sailors Path to Snape with it’s renowned Aldeburgh Music for those looking for some culture and Snape Maltings for a touch of retail therapy!
For the sporty, there are tennis courts; nine hole and 18 hole golf courses (rated as one of the top 100 in the UK) in Aldeburgh and, for those who enjoy birdwatching, boat trips are available on the River Alde and RSPB Minsmere is close by. There are also tennis courts and a golf course in Thorpeness and plenty of easy cycle routes around the county.

The property has beautiful wooden flooring throughout and some parts have underfloor heating, you may want to bring slippers for added comfort.
Whilst there is a ground floor bedroom and shower room with toilet making it suitable for guests with a minor mobility problem who prefer not to use the stairs, Seahorse Cottage isn't wheelchair friendly.
