The ground floor consists of a beautiful large open plan style kitchen/living/dining area, bedroom and bathroom. Carpeted stairs lead you up to the first floor, with two further bedrooms both with en-suites. The big bonus at this property is the stunning roof garden, with views out across the green, perfect for those warmer months. The property has some wonderful history behind it, the property used to be the village shop due to it's wonderful central position in the village, it was then brought and transformed into Sea Green Cottage by film star and producer Ann Todd.

This room is a wonderful bright and spacious area for the whole family to enjoy, it is very much the heart of the home. The kitchen is one of dreams, positioned along one side of the room, broken into two sections. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, with an electric oven with four ring induction hob and extractor fan above, integrated dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Dualit cafe plus coffee machine (Nespresso compatible pods), 70/30 fridge-freezer, microwave and washing machine. The property is the perfect place to look up those culinary delights!
The dining table is positioned in the dining room, and can be moved out from the wall when in use. The beautiful wooden table has two long bench seats with seat cushion either side and two chairs.
The sitting area is very much the heart of the room, with a incredible warm and welcoming feel, the room features three luxurious two seater sofas, with coffee table in the centre. The room is centred around the wonderful wood-burning stove, with 55'' TV above. There are in addition window seats in both the bay windows, perfect for sitting with a good book or simply watching the world go by.
A beautiful light room with two full size single beds with bedside table and lamp in between. There is a large chest of drawers and will be a beach hut style wardrobe for your belongings. A door leads to a locked owners cupboard.

An absolutely incredible addition to the property, with the most stunning views across the village green. This space with wonderful tiled flooring and glass privacy surround is the perfect place for those morning coffees or evening glass of wine. Please note the roof terrace is only accessed via bedroom 3.
There is secure bike storage for up to 6 bikes located in a padlocked shed adjacent to the property.
Sea Green Cottage boasts an off road parking space, however please note this is very small and only suitable for a golf size car. Please note the parking space for Sea Green Cottage is located to the right of the Cottage, the space to the left is a neighbours space.
From 1st October to 30th March there is free on street parking, opposite the property. During the summer months a residents parking permit will be made available which allows free parking at Ferry Car Park, located around 200 metres away.
All prices include 100% cotton bed linen, towels, heating and electricity, plus a welcome bottle of wine and biscuits to help you get your break off to a relaxing start.

Walberswick is a hidden gem in Suffolk. Until the early 20th century the village was a trading port, but today it is one of Suffolk’s top tourist attractions with picture postcard village green with tea rooms, restaurants and two public houses (The Anchor and The Bell), art gallery, original crafts and gift shops. The village is famous for its annual crabbing competition and guests will enjoy the stunning sandy beach and marshland.
Sea Green Cottage is located just minutes from the harbour and a pretty walk over the Bailey a footbridge to the popular town of Southwold which boasts several excellent pubs and restaurants as well as a range of independent shops and galleries. The town’s sandy beach is adorned with a string of colourful beach huts that lead along to the Pier.
Guests can walk along the tow path to the Harbour Inn, enjoying the view of the fishing boats and yachts along the way or, during the summer, be rowed across the estuary in the ferry boat . Fresh fish, purchased from the iconic black Walberswick fishermen’s huts are a must!

One well-behaved dogs is welcome downstairs (though not on the furniture please). If you wish to bring a dog it must be mentioned at the time of booking on the booking form and is subject to our conditions of booking.
Please note that although Sea Green Cottage has a car parking space, it is very tight and only suitable for a golf size car. This is located on the right of the property, the parking space on the left is owned by a neighbouring property.
Once you have filled out the online booking form, you will be given the option to pay by credit or debit card, or by BACs transfer. A 25% deposit is requested at the time of your booking to secure your booking. The balance and a returnable good housekeeping deposit are due six weeks before your holiday commences.
