Satis Cottage at Westleton

Satis Cottage is a beautiful pet friendly detached cottage in the heart of Westleton, just a short distance from RSPB Minsmere and the Suffolk Coast. This elegant cottage boasts a warm and welcoming living room complete with wood-burning stove, kitchen/diner, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Outside is a private enclosed courtyard garden, with access running from the front to the side. There is off road parking for one car.

Ground Floor
Entering through the main front door into original stone floored entrance, with living room and kitchen/dining space in front, and stairs leading up to the first floor.

Living Room
The perfect space to sit back and unwind. This room has been designed to create a bright and spacious area, complete with luxurious three and two seater sofa's, coffee table, Smart TV and gorgeous wood-burning stove, perfect for those winter evenings!

Kitchen and Dining area
The kitchen and dining area is the ideal space to enjoy long evenings with family and friends enjoying good food and drink. The kitchen is petite but well equipped, with electric double oven, Neff induction hob with SMEG extractor fan above, integrated fridge, slim line dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle. There is then a freezer and washer/dryer in the utility room.

In the dining area there is an oak table with four chairs, with two additional in the utility room. Double french doors lead out to the garden.

Utility Room
The utility room can be access both via the dining area or from the front of the property. This is an expansive space with washer/dryer, freezer, iron and ironing board and hanging rail.

Bathroom
A luxurious expansive room perfect for relaxing in. There is a large freestanding bath, with hand held shower attachment, WC, wash basin with mirror above and heated towel rail. This room feature calming colours, and geometric flooring.

First Floor
Steep carpeted stairs lead up to the first floor.

Bedroom 1
With views out to the front of the property, this stunning room has a solid oak king size bed with bedside tables and lamps. There is ample storage provided in the double wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Bedroom 2
This bright and airy room has a metal framed double bed with bedside tables and lamps, and gorgeous chair with pom pom cushion. This room is located at the front of the house with views over the centre of Westleton.

Bedroom 3
Located at the rear of the property, with garden views. This room has a full size single bed with bedside table and lamp and there is a double wardrobe for your belongings.

Shower Room
Located at the rear of the property, featuring a large walk-in rainfall shower, WC, wash basin and storage unit.

Outside
At the rear of the property is a gorgeous enclosed courtyard garden that is a sun trap. There is a glass table with 6 chairs to enjoy dining alfresco, along with a firepit to enjoy. At the front is an off road parking space, with additional on road parking available.

All prices include 100% cotton bed linen, towels, heating and electricity plus a welcome bottle of wine and biscuits to help you get your break off to a relaxing start.

This detached self-catering Suffolk country holiday cottage is equipped with central heating, and woodburning stove to provide extra heating.

Appliances include a large Smart TV, bose speaker, WiFi Internet access, an electric double oven, NEFF induction hob with SMEG extractor fan above, integrated fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, slim-line dishwasher, and a microwave. A travel cot, high chair, stair gate and baby mat are available from the property owners on request at the time of booking.

This detached single storey self-catering Suffolk country holiday cottage is situated in the picturesque village of Westleton, close to RSPB Minsmere (2 miles) and historic Dunwich (2.5 miles) on the Suffolk coast. The area is rich in wildlife and has a network of footpaths.

Just a few minutes walk away you’ll find two pubs including the award-winning The Crown, and a village stores. Westleton is roughly about halfway between the seaside towns of Southwold and Aldeburgh which makes it an ideal location for exploring the pretty heritage coastline and ancient villages. Darsham mainline train station is around 3 miles away, with several direct trains to London Liverpool St.
